Unable to open bedroom door. Locksmith who showed up within an hour was extremely nice. He easily opened the door with a flexible card, let me use his screwdriver to open the door, told me where I could purchase one and then even ground down my old screwdriver so that it would fit into the small hole to release the lock. For a small additional fee, he installed a new exterior knob and keyed it for my usual key so that I didn't have to wait for the handyman to come. I got locked out because my keypad ran out of batteries and I didn't have a spare key. The locksmith showed up within an hour and gave me plenty of updates about when he would arrive. He had to saw through my lock but did it quickly and had me back inside to my dog and with a new key in about 15 minutes. read more

I initially posted a poor review for this company after the technician missed the appointment, because I thought I hadn't gotten any response to my texts or calls when nobody showed up. But, I just realized that for some reason I missed the call and voicemail from the technician earlier today explaining the situation and that he had an unfortunate unforeseen emergency that would cause him to miss the appointment. He was friendly and extremely apologetic that he couldn't make it and made efforts to reschedule the appointment right away. I appreciate that he got back to me and made every effort to make things right. I had to go with another company because I had a short time frame of availability. Got locked out of my house on a Friday night. Called all around, half the places wouldn't give a firm quote (wanted to come out and probably try to overcharge) the other half were too expensive. They answered the phone straight away. These guys gave me a reasonable price, said they would be out in less than 30 minutes, took them 20 minutes to arrive. He fixed it quickly, and then he even helped me move a king size mattress, no extra charge. It was the son of the owner who came out. Can't wait to get locked out again. Nice work guys! read more
