I have to say besides that how disappointed I am with the communication .. absolutely terrible.. front desk junior was very passive aggressive and I addressed that right then and there and his excuse was he ain't have his cereal and smoke yet to start his day and referred the passive aggressiveness to being "loud" but ok.. absolutely unprofessional , should have told the owner when it happened but here we are . Mechanics just checked solenoids prior to what I had done already and checked wiring they not once checked the computer TCM until I pulled it out myself it was cracked due to heat expansion when I had it back home . They tried reprogramming my computer but didn't even inspect it and I had that car for a while there . It was a waste of time and had changed a speed sensor that might be sending wrong signals to the vehicle because it jumped shifts but they didn't even complete that right either with erasing and calibrating the sensor and asked for photos of the sensor when it's put on and neither got that either from junior . :) so long story short I installed a new computer with my cars vin and programmed it and now my car is running perfect , which I got my time wasted here :) appreciate the reimbursement from the owner for all of this .. but everything else they need to do better man . This was the first time I took it for a shop but learned my lesson I came here because reviews were good but got shown otherwise .

Cool. Next day pick up car. Got home found power steering fluid on drive way. Found a hose was broken after repairs. Smh. Returned and informed shop of issues. States I would face to leave car. Shop has a wait of 30 plus cars and could not make reservation. Service requested not resolved. For the price paid should not have any issues. Could not even top off fluids upon returning. One was pressure hose and reservoir lines needed replacing. Would not return or recommend this shop.
