One word: Outstanding…read more My wife and I were driving north from Florida on a move with the USAF when I noted the tire pressure indicator light was illuminated in my wife's jetta. I pulled over outside of Richmond, VA and checked all four tire pressures, noting one was markedly lower than the others. Upon attempting re inflation, it quickly became evident that there was a leak and a quick yelp and Google search showed that Buffalo Tire was the closest shop. Concerned due to the fact that it was after 4PM, I called and was assured they would take care of us. After a patch attempt, it became obvious that the tire was shot and we were provided a thorough and courteous explanation of our options. We ended up replacing a pair of tires, however it took until well past normal business hours to get the job done. Furthermore, the technician had to dig the wheel lock key out of the spare area in the trunk which involved unpacking part of the trunk and then returning each item! That's service! They even let us have our two small dogs in the waiting area as we had no where else to take them. These guys are top notch. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended.

When he finally got there, he was in a freaking 18 wheeler cab. Are you kidding? Of course, he could not fit in the parking lot with this truck. So he said he needed another 45 minutes to go get a different vehicle at his lot. He assured us he was going to come back. He never did come back. We waited over an hour. There were no responses to multiple calls and texts as well. So we were left stranded after midnight by this person. We finally decided to abandon the car, had to find a ride home and didn't get home until 1 AM. And when he was there (with the 18 wheeler cab), we heard him talking to a Jae. About 10 minutes after I got home, the manager called and said my truck was done. Turn around and walk back. UUUGGGHHH! The work was spot on. He met his timeline promise. AND, the bill was $5 less than the estimate. I don't really care about the $5, but the fact that they were able to meet all promises is enough to bring me back. I highly recommend this place for your automotive needs, just make sure you have transportation lined up, because there's no waiting.

Either don't have appointments at all, or figure out how to budget your time/staff. It's not like at 9 AM things have gotten backed up from a long day of unexpected issues. Or if something unusual comes up (e.g. mechanic calls out sick), call or text to tell me. But being disrespectful of the customers time is unacceptable. No one should give this clown show their business.
