Had a pretty bad experience here. Pedicure was awesome but my manicure experience was horrible. I got SNS and it turned out so chunky and uneven with chips already at the tips of my nails. I showed the manager and she said she would be happy to fix them if I can back later. So I show up later only to have 6 workers telling me I'm wrong and that there's nothing wrong with them. All they did was file off the top coat and put a new coat on only to make them thicker. It was such a humiliating and frustrating experience. Honestly, I used to really like this place but lately I haven't had the best experience. My manicure this time looks terrible. she kept having to add liquid to the polish bottle to get more out of it and I think that made for a really uneven manicure and also made it so the polish wont fully dry. I've been here twice in the past two weeks. I came here on a whim after searching Yelp for a new nail place. The one across the street from my house has left something to be desired the last couple times. I gave Centre Pointe a chance before my vacation. I got a dip manicure for the first time, as well as a standard pedicure, and I was very pleased with both. My nails and feet looked very nice. My manicurist told me that I could come back within a week if anything happened to my nails and they would fix it for free. Otherwise, she told me my nails should last for 3 weeks. Well, unfortunately I'm not allowed to wear nail polish at my work, so I had to come back after my vacation to switch to a more natural/neutral color. Again, they did a beautiful job. Both times they have taken me right at my appointment time. They are heavily staffed with lots of pedicure and manicure stations. They are practicing social distancing and require you to wash your hands upon entering. The polish selection (regular, gel, and sns) is huge and beautifully organized by color. The home edit would approve. I've found my new nail place, even if it's a little bit of a drive from my house. I'm excited to see what they look like in three weeks. read more

So to start off with, everyone is pretty rude here. Don't bother making an appointment because your service won't start till about ten minutes after that. Anyways, i showed up at 11:40 and my appointment was 1145, didn't sit down in a chair till 12. The woman who did my pedicure had me soaking my feet for another ten minutes, she just got up and walked away without it telling me it would be a minute. She finally came back and was super rough the whole time. They are completely over priced. Basically get the callus remover pedicure you need to get the $39 pedicure because any way you add it, that makes the most financial sense so they do it on purpose. The "cucumber heal therapy" is just lotion. You're paying that much extra for lotionLet me just say, just because a salon looks clean and nice doesn't mean the employees are actually nice. I will not be coming back. You shouldn't even bother going. Honorary mention - my nail polish chipped about three hours after getting them done. 0/10. Do not go here. read more

I tried to dicuss in detail from the start what I wanted done. She wanted to do things her own way. After 15 minutes of her rather rude treatment I asked the check in desk for another person to help or I did NOT want to continue to have anything here. Rose would NOT listen to me as the customer, she did NOT care about what I wanted and continued to be rude and made me feel VERY uncomfortable. She too did not listen & instead of doing acrylic color powders as I requested I was forced to have gel POLISH. ... $50 later.... NOT happy with my experience here... I will NOT return here. Have you ever spent $61.00 to get your nails done one day, just to have them removed the next; I have! I would've dropped this whole charade had I not received an attitude from the guy who did my nails yesterday, about removing them today. Heck, I offered to pay again, to have them removed. The nails looked beyond horrible. I believe I should've been the one with the attitude since I lost time, and money, but there I sat not causing a ruckus. I was on vacation in Arizona near Phoenix last week and I needed to stop in for a pedicure. I chose the express and my sister chose the same. I sat down in the massage chair for my feet to soak and all seemed to be fine. When the nail tech started on my pedicure I told them what I wanted done. I was met with a second nail tech being called over to tell me in so many words that what I wanted was not what I should get and they describe what I should do instead i told them no and they battled with me about it and I didn't want to make the situation any more uncomfortable for everyone listening. to make a long story short, by the end of my pedicure I had a lumpy finish because the nail tech didn't want to fill in my acrylic. I wasn't satisfied and when the nail tech saw the horrible job they had done I was offered a $5 discount for the cost of removing my gel polish that I had prior. The solution that the nail tech came up with was to pile on more polish to try and fill In the imperfections Which it did not. So I let the thick layer of excessive polish dry over night and come the next day I went for a hike. My polish by the end of the day was ruined which should not happen after be left to dry for over 12 hours. This place has lousy customer service and one lazy nail tech that you may end up getting. I would not recommend this place, keep on looking do not waste any amount of your money going to this place your treatment could be rushed and you could leave disappointed like I did. read more

Since I've now been here 3 times, I feel that I can comment on the quality and consistency of my new favorite nail salon in central Phoenix. I have been going to the same nail salon for years, and it has always been hit and miss. When it closed for remodeling, I decided it was time to try somewhere else, and I am so glad that I did. There is nothing that I do not like about this place, and I have been thrilled with my results each time. The biggest thing to note is that I have had a different technician each time, and I have been happy each time. They have a large selection of colors, and they are kept separated by brand and color. This is a nice touch. The pedicure choices feel spa like, and their gel color choices are better than I have seen anywhere else in terms of color and brand selection. I will not be back to my former salon. Total for a deluxe pedicure, which includes callous remover, paraffin wax, and hot stone massage, AND gel manicure, including shoulder massage, was $65. read more

Super disappointed in my experience. I really wanted to love this place. The spa was beautiful and the staff was friendly. I got a gel pedicure and an SNS manicure. I paid $5 extra for the callous remover for my pedicure and that was honestly such a waste. I still have SO much dead skin left. Also, of course the gel was extra. The gel pedicure is what I am most frustrated with. I chose a color from the little finger nail sticks. It was a sparkly blue. She manicurist put one coat on and saw that it was pretty see through so she went and grabbed a color to put under it. The color she picked out was literally green and then put the glitter over it. It wasn't anything like I wanted so I told her I didn't like it. I told her I could just pick out a new color all together at least twice. She came back with another color to put under it. She did one nail and I thought ok that's fine. Not exactly what I had in mind but that's fine. I got my services done on Tuesday June 19th, today is Thursday June 21st and I just noticed that my whole pinky toe of gel has come off! I was treating myself to this service because I'm going on vacation. I leave at 6am tomorrow and now have no chance to have them fixed before I leave! I am so disappointed!!! My SNS manicure looks nice, but the manicurist cut my cuticle on 3 fingers. I told her that my cuticles are very very sensitive and bleed easily but she didn't seem to be any more careful. Two days later and you can still see scabs from when she nicked me. Beautiful salon, but I certainly will not be back! I really hate leaving negative reviews, but this is one I had to do. read more

Not only did Tracy massage my legs and feet with a sugar scrub, she proceeded to then massage with warm lotion and then topped all of that off with an oil hot stone massage!! What?! Is this real? The polish was painted on perfect...she didn't have to scrape any off of my cuticles which was a relief because sometimes that can really hurt! The technicians here are talented, and they've never given me anything I didn't like. I've gotten my toes done here as well as my eyebrows waxed. They do a great job waxing as well. The only thing I don't like is that you HAVE TO tip cash. I almost never have cash and the concept of not being able to give a credit card tip is so weird that I often forget to bring cash for the technicians. It makes me feel horrible ! And let's be honest I'm not gonna drive to my bank and go back...I'm just going to tip the girl I forgot about the next time I come in. I wish they could change this ! After they finish your nails they give you a back massage while you're waiting to dry. I've never experienced this except for here. I've been coming to them since they moved to this location and have never look at any other salon. I went in and Tracey fixed my nails and they came out perfect. She did amazing work and her and Chi deserve kuddos for their friendliness and great customer service skills. Within minute I had Tony approach me to choose my color. He began my pedicure, I order the $50 one I think the diamond one I might be wrong. But Tony was amazing he carries conversation, he is thoughtful and does a great job. His massages are amazing also. Once I was done I had Trish do my hand nails, you get a mini shoulder massage also which is a plus. Trish is the sweetest and did an amazing job on my nails. I love this place- clean, great staff, lots of colors that are often brand new each season, reasonable prices. However, there is one young girl who works here who unapologetically rushes straight through her work and often does a sloppy job. It is terrible! One time I came with friends for pedicures. I was seen fifteen minutes after them and yet she finished my pedicure fifteen minutes earlier than them. I got a pedicure today and watched her do the same thing to another customer.
