Picked the place based on positive reviews - what a mistake. Instead of dry cleaning it - this is what I paid over $30 for, the jacket was washed in some harsh detergent. The jackets color has faded; it is shedding feathers now - these what washing down jackets in detergent does; and it has 4 holes in the front now from tumbling in the dryer for hours. I would be better off washing it myself in the special down cleaner for free; jacket has a distinct food smell - this is not how clean clothes smells. They did it" - this is the response I got from the woman who runs the place - who is THEY? I wonder if any dry cleaning takes place there. The woman claims her "dry cleaning" is done on premises - I did not see anyone working there. However there was another customer there at the time whose cashmere sweater was ruined - I assume it was washed instead of dry cleaned. How is this shop allowed to operate? There should be legal action taken to stop the fraud and abuse of customers.

Trust the previous reviews of this spot!…read more My dry cleaners shit down recently and I wanted so badly to like this place as well as others in the reviews. I took 5/6 shirts here and 2 of the shirts which were both $200+ shirts and also very new. One of them I got back had a busted button which I will likely not be able to replace as it's very unique and I'm willing to bet they probably saw that they did it and simply didn't care. I've never had a shirt or clothing item get damaged at a cleaners and I will absolutely not go back knowing the risks of this shop. It's sad because I prefer a local shop. They clearly don't listen to their reviews and now looking back it makes sense as it's also one of the only places I've been that has signs just inside stating 'identify damages prior to leaving' etc so I should have picked up on that before handing my items over. I also want to add that they stapled tags onto my very expensive shirts which they never asked if that was a concern to me. I actually wouldn't take my shirts back as I find that as basically damaging my shirts and it's completely negligent. Hard pass!!
