I brought my Suzuki DRZ400SM for repairs. I was having electrical issues with my bike where it'll just die, so I called them up and they said they'll work on it. I towed it over and talked with the owner. He helped me get additional parts, such a bigger gas tank and I asked for a tune up and asked him to check the bike out for any maintenance issues. He quoted me a fair price and it only took a couple of weeks to fix my bike. The dude is a cool guy, very patient and he felt trustworthy. Just had my ZRX1200 in for new tires and fork seals and the work was done quickly, well and the bike looked brand new when I went back to pick it up. I brought my R1 in for charging issues. Got a quote from Tim for a stator replacement, but wanted to get it diagnosed by them beforehand to confirm. It turned out stator was fine and regulator was toast. Saved me a good amount. I got the bike back and was still having charging issues. I was a bit disappointed because I thought they would give me a hard time getting it back in and they would want to charge me more, but I was wrong. Tim right away had me bring it back in. They worked out the wiring that was causing the battery to drain and fixed the issue at no additional cost to me and Tim even paid his employees out of his own pocket. Tim runs a great cycle shop. I get all my work done there and have even purchased a used bike from him (special ordered from an auction). He took care of all the details to get the bike from the east coast to his shop, where he tuned it and got it ready for me to pick it up. I can be a little impromptu about my maintenance appointments and he has been able to accommodate me as long as I'm willing to leave my bike for a day or three to get everything handled. I also like to stop by just to look over his classic bike selection he has for sale. It's often better than a museum because all the bikes run well and are ready for the road. He also has a good selection of modern used bikes as well.
