Thanks to James Errera making a housecall (on a Friday evening too!!!), my bike is fixed and ready for my ride I had planned on in the morning. How cool is that? I killed my battery around 5:30p, and by 7:30p it was running. I'd say that is pretty effing beyond wonderful customer service. I was even able to buy a new smart charger and a jumpstart gadget. Best work I ever had. I brought my own parts and had my 1000 mile service done. There work is impeccable. James called me and let me know that my parts had dents from the manufacture. They where hidden by my bags. He went above and beyond to make everything line up and look clean. I am going to use him for every project and service that my bike needs. Thank you sir. I've found a go to motorcycle mechanic in the neighborhood. T F G is the best had a problem with my air shocks loosing air & sputtering from the carburetor, James had the bike for 2 day's, called me and said she's ready. I can honestly say he is good at what he does. Thanks James. read more

Discovered TFG after a long long search for a trustworthy and affordable Harley mechanic in my area. I came across TFG and never have I ever been more pleased with a mechanic's service, knowledge and all around people skills. James is a great guy to do business with and if he wasn't so busy kicking ass fixing Harley's, I'd buy the guy a drink any day of the week. I haven't been to this shop before nor do I know anyone there but they have earned my future business. Called early Saturday morning and over the phone he was able to diagnose an issue that may possibly save me hundreds of dollars. They easily could've taken my bike and charge me for a stator replacement when it was the regulator all alone. Thanks guys! read more

We came into True Fast garage shortly after there opening and were beyond impressed with the service. We brought our Indian which hadn't been running for a few years and is now running better then when we first bought it! Service was quick, easy, and relatively painless when it came time to pay. Best Harley mechanic hands down no doubt about it. James is kick-ass at what he does. Beyond amazing service, completely thorough and meticulous. He has saved my ass a number of times already by finding and fixing things on my bike that I was not even aware of that was damaged. I will never take my bike to another shop as long as James is around. Honest, quality work, great guy and well worth every cent. If you own a Harley.....this is the place where you should be taking your bike....you will only have one regret and that is that you didn't start taking your bike to James sooner!!! James rebuilt my 2001 HD Road King 88ci engine after I spun the crane shaft bearings. He is very knowledgeable and provided great advice on the rebuild. I couldn't have asked for better service. True Fast rocks. Ride on. read more

Once I took it back the owner Michael was rude and sarcastic. He told me it would be an easy fix and I have to come back to pick it up the same day. Fast forward TWO months and I've consistently asked for an update every week. They could not give me a straight answer. I decided to pull my bike from the shop, then all of a sudden they have the tools to fix the bike. I still kept my decision to pull my bike from their shop and when I do they tell me I did not give them a key to the bike. (Which I did) I had to call them again to get the keys to my bike and they gave me my bike in worse condition I gave it to them. Find another shop. Not worth your time.

When I arrived to pick up the bike, I was told the price would actually remain $120 because they had to order "special oil." I was confused since their text clearly stated $89.99 including parts and labor. I also mentioned that I appeared to have been double-charged and tried to show the owner the charge on his phone. He refused to look, checked his computer, and said it showed only one charge and told me to contact my credit card company. Later that day, my son rode his bike and came home after about an hour saying his rear brake wasn't working. He had to slam on his front brake to stop and ended up crashing. He came home with a bruised and scraped knee and a sprained wrist that now requires him to wear a brace for a month. I immediately called the shop and was told to bring the bike back in. The owner said the issue was a "glazed rotor" and that we needed a new rotor. I declined the additional service. What's concerning is that the bike was returned to us with a rear brake that did not function properly. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner accused my son of doing wheelies, which is simply not the case. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The pricing was inconsistent, concerns about billing were dismissed, and most importantly, the bike was returned in an unsafe condition. I would strongly recommend others double-check their work before riding

Their assigned towing company notified me that their truck would not fit and would not help me push the van outside of the structure. Skip had a truck with an adjustable boom so it would my height limitations. Donnie, the driver assisted me in getting the van out of my parking stall w/o violating any of his insurance requirements and was able to hook it up to his tow truck and get it out out the garage. I'm truly impressed with the level of commitment shown by the guys, and if I need anything done on my bike in the future, I will ride across the country if it means the same level of honesty and integrity shown by True Fast!!!
