    I was experiencing so many issues with my business T-Mobile account for almost an entire year. I…read moreprobably spent 100 hours total on the phone with customer service, visited three stores, drove 30 miles to the original store that I started my account at and respectfully I was never able to be helped. I was getting charged $800 per month for two phone lines And nobody was able to give me an answer as to what was happening or why this was a reoccurring issue. I probably lost $3000 that I never saw back. When I went into this T-Mobile store, I was ready to cancel my service with this company altogether. An employee named Mason not only solved every single issue on my account but validated my concerns. He was personable and knowledgeable. I've been meaning to write a review for like six months at this point because it was such an amazing experience. I am extremely grateful for The help I received. I was starting to get anxiety month-to-month that something would go wrong no matter what, but since Mason helped me, I have not experienced a single issue on my account. He even found hidden charges that were not necessary. I would not say that I would recommend T-Mobile to anybody after what I experienced, but I would recommend Mason's help and advocacy every time. I attribute me staying with T-Mobile solely to Mason solving my issues. Thank you so much!

    Awful. Ordered a phone DEC 20th IN STORE for it be here JAN 2nd . Said they would call me when it…read morearrives. I ended up calling on the 2nd after not receiving a call to COMFIRM phone had arrived and they said "IT DID and they've got it right here! But we are short staffed today could you come in tomorrow?" Happily said we would be there in the morning to pick it up. Got there at 10:15am -waited patiently. Said they would go unlock the safe and it would take 10mins. she came back looking nervous and quietly called all other employees into the back where after a long while they came out and said my phone got here a week ago but was damaged and they need to send it back. zero phone calls no communication only told about this when we are in store ready to pick up the phone. Leaves again and comes back just to say nevermind it was a different phone that was broken and they would need another 10mins to unlock the safe. Employee comes out again to say my phone is not here and was never able to be ordered and they have no resolution for me. No way to get a new phone. And that we waited not only 2 weeks for it to ship but nearly 2 hours in store for them to figure their stuff out. How can you order a phone for us, give us a delivery date, verify over the phone the say oops never mind it was never ordered.. tried to blame the single employee who initially ordered which was also just ridiculous. I talked to 3 separate people over the phone and another 3 in person. There is no one individual to blame for this situation it's the entire stores incompetence. Terrible.

Sometimes they'll be out of the super popular colors but they always offer to special order/save one for you when it comes in. They make trade ins easy and explain the changes and charges clearly. The selection of cases and chargers are nice, but I typically order those online simply because their less expensive. All in all - this is a great little store with good service for all your Verizon needs.
