Got a quick quote from some local shops around the area, and I must say Jared was super respectful and responsive. He gave me and my sister a great price quote on both our vehicles with the ceramic tint option. He also had flexibility on hours and was able to fit us in with a good time span. The young guy with the glasses at the front was very knowledgeable and helped me decide how much tint to put. Paint got a little messed up after installing the le bra for a road trip. Took my car in and got a quote for color correction, $150. Basically it was my whole front bummer and a bit on the hood. Work took two hours. They did a good job.

Took my new Escalade for ceramic coating. They scratched the back end and covered it up with a black mark Ker. I called them on it and the main girl boss told me she does a walk around and noticed that. I asked she didn't notify me of this and her response was her mistake, she should have. Mind you this Is a brand new Escalade. After standing around while there maneuvering my vehicle out, they about ran over a piece of angle iron lay on the floor. Don't take nice vehicles here, you will end up with a ding, a nic, a cut tire. Sorry to post this but the fact that they wouldn't take responsibility pisses me off. No integrity.

Mirror cap that flew off on freeway due to bad install

I'm not normally one to post reviews, but this experience I had was nothing short of a disaster for my PPF install. This company damaged my car so bad I had to have about $1200 in repairs completed by Tesla because of the wreckless installer. Both of my mirrors broke (one had been taken off so carelessly that the interior plastic pieces broke and it flew off on the freeway, and the other had the folding mechanism damaged so it wouldn't lock in place when folding). Additionally, the plastic trim piece for my left front tire fell off while driving on the freeway because the installer carelessly wripped it off to install the wrap, when the piece came off it was apparent that the actual frame that holds the plastic is also broken in some sections, which frankly is unrepairable. Also, they didn't properly glue back a trim piece in the trunk which has now come off. Finally, the trim pieces that go around my windows which were wrapped were also wripped off carelessly, with damage so I had to purchase new pieces for over $500. Even more odd, my mirrors were wrapped in black instead of the Titanium PPF color which was obviously not what I wanted. The owner Chris was very frustrating to work with through all of this. He confided that they hired a bad employee who did my job, and that employee has since been fired. I understand that happens in business, but you have to make it right for the customer. And that is where my patience ran out, and why I'm writing this review is because of how I've been treated despite the fact that my car was butchered. When I first went to pick up my car with all the damage, with my window trim pieces about to fall off, my wheel garnish trim piece clearly not installed correctly and hanging by a thread, and my mirror folded all the way to the front, obviously I wasn't happy. My car had been worked on for about 10 days and when I go to pick it up, Chris acted like everything was fine and demanded full payment. I told him no way am I paying full price for a car that clearly has a lot of damage to be repaired. He gave me a sob story about how he needs to pay rent and needed full payment but promised and guarantees his work. I only held back $300 and paid him the rest, which was a mistake. That was about 3 months ago, and it was excuse after excuse to repair the damage. So finally I just went to Tesla to have the repairs done, and Chris did reimburse for a lot of the repair costs although it was sadly a battle to have him agree to it, which is not professional to have to argue with a company to pay for the repairs needed due to the damage they did on the car. It's been a month since Chris has responded to me, his previous manager Daniella was the contact before but I just found out she no longer works there which is probably the reason that they're not responding. The only work I still needed to have done is to re-wrap the mirror that I had to replace at Tesla after it fell off on the freeway, to wrap the chrome on my other mirror that had to be replaced as well, re-glue the piece in my trunk that came off, and re-install the window trim pieces that were damaged and not glued properly. Chris and Daniella assured me that they would have me come in the next time their wrap installers were working on a job, because my remaining repairs were so minor that they wanted to just add it while their wrap guys were there doing another job. The story they "told" me was that they didn't have any wrap jobs in the last month. After being sick of no response from Chris either by text or call, I drove down to the shop and got confirmation that they have been doing wrap jobs in the last month, and also that Daniella no longer works there. So they were lying to me in the last month and absolutely could've worked on my car to finish. I'm sitting at over 3 months since I started working on this wrap job and now I have to take it to another company to finish the repairs. Honestly, with the financial problems Chris mentioned and the service I received, I doubt this company will be in business much longer.

Guys did a great job on tinting and placing some PPF my brand new Lightning using their Top of the line Kavica IR tint, so I decided to give them a shot at also doing the tint on my new Rolls as well, aside from some little hiccups, the Rolls came out very nice as well. I had my 2022 Toyota Tundra in their shop over two days time. They applied two coats of ceramic, as well as mild paint protection and wax/wash. First off, EXCELLENT communication from everyone at the shop. They contacted me letting me know where along the process they were at, they informed me of potential work that could be done, but didn't make me feel obligated to do so. They finished the job on time and most of all, the job done is incredible. The truck is only three weeks old, however, the work these guys did made the truck look even more pristine. The price was more than fair for the work done. They even cleaned the inside of my truck, which, they didn't have to do, however, small touches like that will keep me as a customer for years to come, as well as make me want to refer them to all my co workers and friends. I was looking to get some quotes around for this tint service. I ended up getting the best price for ceramic tint through them at $540 for a 2021 CHR. Full vehicle job including the windshield. Now i dropped off the car at 8 am when they first opened and picked got a call to pick up at 240ish. When i arrived, I inspected the finished product and noticed some tint was left behind and you could notice it on the window, it looked like an air bubble but with piece of loose tint underneath. I pointed it out and they were happy to fix it for me and they apologize. I waited an extra 20-30mins for them to fix it. In all honesty it kinda sucked having to wait longer after making a large purchase like that. There is one more window i noticed yesterday that has defects as well so now i will have to make another trip and spend some time there to get it fixed. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful, just a little frustrating that the job wasn't 100% from the start. The mark looks way smaller now than it did previously honestly you can't even notice it ! *Will update review as time passes*. Tint installation on 8/5/22 read more

After getting a good service initially, now you get what you pay for I made an appointment to have the ceramic coating inspected as instructed by the owner Frieda due to the rain 3 weeks ago. The lady at the office tried her best asking her staff to do the quick inspection but seems like no one wants to do, she even curse herself as what she will do a nice gentleman by the name of Alberto had tried to assist me but his expertise was only PPF and not ceramic coating, so he called on a senior staff to explain on what to do. As they are working on a broken water pressure motor, I decided to just go and not wait anymore as I am sure that this Senior staff does not care at all. Weird that just last weekend we gave him a tip after my friend had his car tinted and received a good service, maybe he woke up today on the wrong side of the bed read more

I wanted my Jeep windows including windshield tinted with heat rejecting film. I selected Suntek film and used Yelp to sort through shops near me that did Suntek that had good review history. Ceramic My Car responded quickly and had a very competitive price. They had the Jeep finished on time and the quality of work was excellent. They covered the interior during the installation. Several weeks after the installation there are no bubbles or defects in the film. I used 70% visible light tint on the windshield and I dont even notice there is a slight tint. read more

Took my 2022 Genesis GV 70 here for partial front PPF and ceramic coat (silver pkg). Also did full ceramic on the wheels and calipers and front window tints. I must say that i was a little nervous because this is the first car that ive brought here. I took my previous 3 cars to polished protection in signal hill. I am super pleased with the results! My GV 70 looks absolutely amazing! The owner Chris was always quick to respond to my txts and questions. The process was very easy and fast! On my last car that i took to polished protection i bought the same Silver Pkg with partial front PPF but paid about $500 more! And that didnt even include tkg off the wheels and coating the entire wheel plus calipers or front window tints! And i really like it when the owner of a business is involved in the process and actually performs some of the work! read more

Honest people and great service. I had my CX-5 ceramic coated and ppf front bummer. They did a great job for great price. After couple month later, I had a small scratch on the backside of my car, Chris was nice enough to polish it out for me and applied another coat on that area. And he didn't charge me for it! I've never been more adamant about posting such a positive review the way I am for this shop!! From the get-go, they were so responsive, thoughtful and transparent with their (*very reasonable*) prices! But they're weren't just kind; they are STARS at what they do. I so wish I had taken a "before" photo to show you the drastic difference they'd made, but basically I'd had gruesome water-stains along with some scratches; with a black exterior, these things tend to be all the more visible!! While my car is no sports car or anything, they still treated it with so much care that by the time they were done with it, it had felt like they'd just gifted me a brand-new car! These guys did a great job on the car and are customer service focused. Let me start by saying the squeezed me in same day after initially saying the couldn't because they were busy and I understood which was a good move on their behalf because I was getting calls from other tint shops. Owner should be proud because they got the business and a client for life due to them following up. I never write reviews, but felt the need here. This place is AMAZING! The service was Exceptional. Did a Groupon for my front two door windows. They were busy when I pulled up. Had an appointment, but the receptionist acknowledged me and told me that they were busy and get to me ASAP. I failed to tell them that I had purchased an upgrade to tint material, but they had already cut the tint, but they went back an got the correct tint. During installation it was brought to my attention that there was a 'flaw' during installation, I couldn't really even see it, but the fact that they were transparent with the problem was a huge plus for me. I would definitely recommend this shop 100%. read more

We had agreed upon doing "Llumar Air-Blue 80" on the windshield & Stratos 30 on the front windows.. (highest end of tint quality they offer) Upon my arrival, i explained to Chance that i am VERY particular about having a balanced shade all around my vehicle, with the front windows matching the factory tinted rear windows.. Chance pulled out a tint-meter & the rear windows read 25% factory tint... "Llumar Stratos" offers shades in 15% or 30%... Not 25%... Meaning, my windows would be either a tad lighter or darker... My heart wasn't sold on this... Chance told me that 25% WAS available, but in the "PINNACLE" series (one step lower, & cheaper) that sounded like a B i N G O to me !!! Moral of the story, Chance did what would make the CUSTOMER HAPPY FIRST, instead of prioritizing his margins ... iF that doesn't win your business, then nothing will. Anybody talking bad on this shop or Chance is a straight GOOFY. Clean spacious air conditioned facility (chairs if u need to wait) with clean restrooms, with free bottled water... "Cleanliness is next to godliness"... Clean Facility = Clean Work... The Air-Blue 80 on the windshield is SO SO dope! its POLARiZED! its like wearing glasses without wearing glasses ... I came back because my window was replaced due to a fracture caused by age and the changing weather conditions. They still maintained the excellent customer service and engaging interaction. Their waiting room is nicely air conditioned and is also very cozy. After i grabbed lunch across the street, i went back in and wanted to wait until the job was done. I didnt realize i had dozed off and woke up to a phone call that it was finished. Their restrooms are very well maintained and their fridge is fully stocked. I highly recommend checking their display for the kind of tint they offer as well as the different shades to make sure you pick the one that you want. Highly recommended. I chose a shade with uv great protection and heat reducing for the sides and a clear one with even more heat blocking for the windshield.
