Got a quick quote from some local shops around the area, and I must say Jared was super respectful and responsive. He gave me and my sister a great price quote on both our vehicles with the ceramic tint option. He also had flexibility on hours and was able to fit us in with a good time span. I messaged for a quote and Christopher responded right away with a very detailed message. I decided to go with them because they had competitive rates and they were also not too far from my home. The young guy with the glasses at the front was very knowledgeable and helped me decide how much tint to put. I wanted ended up going with the silver package for ceramic coating and ceramic tint all around. I dropped my car off on Monday evening and Christopher made sure I got it back Tuesday evening. Paint got a little messed up after installing the le bra for a road trip. Took my car in and got a quote for color correction, $150. Basically it was my whole front bummer and a bit on the hood. Work took two hours. They did a good job.

Took my new Escalade for ceramic coating. They scratched the back end and covered it up with a black mark Ker. I called them on it and the main girl boss told me she does a walk around and noticed that. I asked she didn't notify me of this and her response was her mistake, she should have. Mind you this Is a brand new Escalade. After standing around while there maneuvering my vehicle out, they about ran over a piece of angle iron lay on the floor. Don't take nice vehicles here, you will end up with a ding, a nic, a cut tire. Sorry to post this but the fact that they wouldn't take responsibility pisses me off. No integrity.

Mirror cap that flew off on freeway due to bad install

I'm not normally one to post reviews, but this experience I had was nothing short of a disaster for my PPF install. This company damaged my car so bad I had to have about $1200 in repairs completed by Tesla because of the wreckless installer. Both of my mirrors broke (one had been taken off so carelessly that the interior plastic pieces broke and it flew off on the freeway, and the other had the folding mechanism damaged so it wouldn't lock in place when folding). Additionally, the plastic trim piece for my left front tire fell off while driving on the freeway because the installer carelessly wripped it off to install the wrap, when the piece came off it was apparent that the actual frame that holds the plastic is also broken in some sections, which frankly is unrepairable. Also, they didn't properly glue back a trim piece in the trunk which has now come off. Finally, the trim pieces that go around my windows which were wrapped were also wripped off carelessly, with damage so I had to purchase new pieces for over $500. Even more odd, my mirrors were wrapped in black instead of the Titanium PPF color which was obviously not what I wanted. The owner Chris was very frustrating to work with through all of this. He confided that they hired a bad employee who did my job, and that employee has since been fired. I understand that happens in business, but you have to make it right for the customer. And that is where my patience ran out, and why I'm writing this review is because of how I've been treated despite the fact that my car was butchered. When I first went to pick up my car with all the damage, with my window trim pieces about to fall off, my wheel garnish trim piece clearly not installed correctly and hanging by a thread, and my mirror folded all the way to the front, obviously I wasn't happy. My car had been worked on for about 10 days and when I go to pick it up, Chris acted like everything was fine and demanded full payment. I told him no way am I paying full price for a car that clearly has a lot of damage to be repaired. He gave me a sob story about how he needs to pay rent and needed full payment but promised and guarantees his work. I only held back $300 and paid him the rest, which was a mistake. That was about 3 months ago, and it was excuse after excuse to repair the damage. So finally I just went to Tesla to have the repairs done, and Chris did reimburse for a lot of the repair costs although it was sadly a battle to have him agree to it, which is not professional to have to argue with a company to pay for the repairs needed due to the damage they did on the car. It's been a month since Chris has responded to me, his previous manager Daniella was the contact before but I just found out she no longer works there which is probably the reason that they're not responding. The only work I still needed to have done is to re-wrap the mirror that I had to replace at Tesla after it fell off on the freeway, to wrap the chrome on my other mirror that had to be replaced as well, re-glue the piece in my trunk that came off, and re-install the window trim pieces that were damaged and not glued properly. Chris and Daniella assured me that they would have me come in the next time their wrap installers were working on a job, because my remaining repairs were so minor that they wanted to just add it while their wrap guys were there doing another job. The story they "told" me was that they didn't have any wrap jobs in the last month. After being sick of no response from Chris either by text or call, I drove down to the shop and got confirmation that they have been doing wrap jobs in the last month, and also that Daniella no longer works there. So they were lying to me in the last month and absolutely could've worked on my car to finish. I'm sitting at over 3 months since I started working on this wrap job and now I have to take it to another company to finish the repairs. Honestly, with the financial problems Chris mentioned and the service I received, I doubt this company will be in business much longer.

Guys did a great job on tinting and placing some PPF my brand new Lightning using their Top of the line Kavica IR tint, so I decided to give them a shot at also doing the tint on my new Rolls as well, aside from some little hiccups, the Rolls came out very nice as well. I used Ceramic My Car to put a ceramic coating on the exterior of my brand new truck, as well as ceramic window tints all around - and they both came out amazing. The price Chris offered was very competitive (I got 10 quotes before deciding on a shop). I actually noticed 1 small imperfection when i got home, and Chris made sure to fix the imperfection to the specifications I wanted. I think a lot of other shops would have told me this was not their problem, but Chris took it upon himself to make sure i was 100% satisfied, including following up with me a week later to make sure everything was still perfect. read more

I searched everywhere for quotes for paint protection film for my new car. When check down in the Tustin area the Yelp suggestion came up with CMC as one of the businesses. They answers their quote quickly, could fit me in quickly, and had a great price. Best of all the ppf they put on my car looks perfect. I am very happy with their quality work. Got paint protection film on my hood, fenders, headlights, front bumper. Also got my windows tinted 20% all around. They did great on the window tint. Only issue I have with that service is they left trash inside my car and did not wipe off the over spray to well on the door panels, steering wheel, and center console area. Went home and had to clean that off. Review on the paint protection film... they did an okay job. So, I scheduled my 2 weeks inspection with them at 9AM. I was there for about 25 mins waiting for them to open up. 3 phone calls later, they finally answer and they tell me the opening person called out and they didn't have my contact info to let me know. Really? I just spend almost 2k with you guys and you don't have my contact info? Bummer for me since I took the day off because they said they only do inspections on the weekdays. We reschedule for 1pm later that day. I come in and they do the inspection and fix any air bumbles and lifted corners. I pointed an air bubble on my headlight. They weren't able to fix it so ended up redoing it. Fast forward a few weeks later, I open my hood and find paint film trash in my engine bay. Would I recommend this place? For the price and if you're not very picky... yes. read more

I used Yelp to get some quotes and after talking to everyone I decided to go with Chris. It was nice that they were able to do the tint, PPF, and ceramic coating all in one place. I had requested a quote and messaged back and forth with Christopher to confirm a time and date for my car to be detailed and even received a calendar invite for the appointment. Last message I received was "You got it. I'll send you a message Sunday morning for your location." I had planned my entire weekend around not having my car for 3 hours and the morning came and I had no follow up about my 12pm appointment so I sent a message by 11am and also called the provided business number twice and left a message with absolutely no follow up from anyone all day. I would have been fine if they communicated anything with me, even a cancelation. I waited all day and still nothing whatsoever. Great job on my 2023 Silverado. Drive it straight from the dealership to Ceramic my Car. (I had called them and several other places prior to picking it up). Friendly, straightforward and pleasant on the phone. Opted for the Gold package, PPF on the bumper, and ceramic tint on the side and front windows. Price was about spot on with the quote of the unseen vehicle, and a bit less than I was expecting in the beginning. Looks fantastic. Five or so days of rain, sitting in an airport parking lot, and no water spots. A few streaks of dirt and Hirt s*** wipe right off. Took three days since I had a lot done. What a great experience…read more I had messaged Chance in regard to tinting my truck and got a QUICK & CLEAR response! We had agreed upon doing "Llumar Air-Blue 80" on the windshield & Stratos 30 on the front windows.. (highest end of tint quality they offer) Upon my arrival, i explained to Chance that i am VERY particular about having a balanced shade all around my vehicle, with the front windows matching the factory tinted rear windows.. Chance pulled out a tint-meter & the rear windows read 25% factory tint... "Llumar Stratos" offers shades in 15% or 30%... Not 25%... Meaning, my windows would be either a tad lighter or darker... My heart wasn't sold on this... Chance told me that 25% WAS available, but in the "PINNACLE" series (one step lower, & cheaper) that sounded like a B i N G O to me !!! Moral of the story, Chance did what would make the CUSTOMER HAPPY FIRST, instead of prioritizing his margins ... iF that doesn't win your business, then nothing will. Anybody talking bad on this shop or Chance is a straight GOOFY. Clean spacious air conditioned facility (chairs if u need to wait) with clean restrooms, with free bottled water... "Cleanliness is next to godliness"... Clean Facility = Clean Work... The Air-Blue 80 on the windshield is SO SO dope! its POLARiZED! its like wearing glasses without wearing glasses ... Kinda like speakers vs headphones ... (HiGHLY RECCOMEND) Drove to Anaheim from HOLLYWOOD just to get this done & i WiLL BE BACK !! As you can tell from the length of my review- im STOKED !! THANKS

It's great they are open on weekends. Brought in the car 30 mins before schedule and Bryant was super nice and helpful, willing to have the guys take care of it. As promised it was done within 2 hours and free of charge, since they promise with their warranty!! Great service and great communication! Highly recommended!

Both Lex and Richard were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the difference product offerings and provide the pros & cons of each. I decided on the IRX Ceramic tint without any pressure selling, just great hospitality. I have been taking my vehicles to Mike's in Corona for several years where the service was equally exceptional, but decided on the Anaheim location this time because it's close to my office. I came back because my window was replaced due to a fracture caused by age and the changing weather conditions. They still maintained the excellent customer service and engaging interaction. Their waiting room is nicely air conditioned and is also very cozy. After i grabbed lunch across the street, i went back in and wanted to wait until the job was done. I didnt realize i had dozed off and woke up to a phone call that it was finished. Their restrooms are very well maintained and their fridge is fully stocked. I highly recommend checking their display for the kind of tint they offer as well as the different shades to make sure you pick the one that you want. Highly recommended. Will go again for all my future tint ( and wrap) jobs.

I chose a shade with uv great protection and heat reducing for the sides and a clear one with even more heat blocking for the windshield. Who new the have clear for the windshield. there is a lifetime warrantee. They were right up front about everything. The job was done quickly and very well. I couldn't be happier and am glad I went here. Yes, I would recommend OC Tint Solutions to anyone wanting to tint their windows. It's been a few weeks now and my car feels cooler. I don't feel the sun on my arm or side of my face and the air conditioner seems to be cooler.

I decided to go with 30% tint on the driver and passenger side windows so I wouldn't have any trouble seeing at night. For the rear windows, I went with 5% to give it a more private look. I left the trunk window as it is for safety, since Wranglers already come with a factory tint from the start. The two-man team worked together, and the whole process was finished in about an hour. I could tell right away they are real experts in this field. Overall, I'm really happy with the service, and more importantly, the results look great. The owner mentioned it comes with a 5-year warranty. I'm definitely planning to come back with my other car for service next time.
