I loveddddd lovedddd this place I brought my daughter and she had so much fun and obviously who doesn't love cereal lol my daughter had like 2 bowls and i as well the customer service was amazing everyone was very welcoming and super nice and it was such a nice place to take pictures I think I took like 100 pics I honestly loved this place and next time me I'll bring my whole family (the drinks were amazing as well !!!) highly recommend coming here. read more

My children and I spend a lot of weekends in old sac, it was great finding this new hidden gem in such a familiar place. We love everything about it, there was so much to see and do, unique creativity in every single corner, it was like walking into an art exhibit and becoming a part of it (as I attempt to pick up the spoons with spilled cereal found on the corner of the tables). The interior design itself is as creative as their cereal bar menu. They have a pile of board games and group activities that we were able to access at no fee , we enjoyed our cereal and desert creations from the cafe and played checkers for hours. Very bright and safe, well organized and clean, extra points because even the restrooms were clean. Definitely visiting again soon, such a great addition to our city. read more

This was a cute and fun experience with my little family. Lots of great options and variety to choose from and areas to take cute pictures of your little ones. Like most underground old sac areas, there isn't a ramp to go down, just stairs. So parents, just a heads up if you have a stroller. Took our three littles (grandkids), who all had a fantastic time here today. Zoe was very good at helping us through the process, as there are many choices to be made. We decided to get three kids meals, which was perfect for the five year olds as well as the two year old. They each got the perfect amount of cereal, with their own milk to pour, a little rice crispie treat, and a fun activity toy- all which came in a cool cardboard car box- the best souvenir! We chose the Lucky Charms room, which was fun, with blocks to play with, and picnic tables to sit at and eat the yummies. Everyone, especially Tita and Papa, left happy and will come back again :) We also loved all the Christmas trees! read more

This place is so cute & well thought out but was disappointing on the Saturday afternoon we visited. They were not super busy when we went in either. I love cereal & love the concept but the service was not great, distracted (talking to one another & on their phones) & not engaging or helpful. The system of retrieving individual boxes is slow & awkward. They need a list of the cereals they have instead of trying to scan a tall set of shelves behind the counter & read the narrow sides of a ton of cereal boxes. Again, it just felt disappointing. I was hoping for a "yogurt bar" type experience but this wasn't as well done as a pink berry or similar. Everything I saw on their social media led me to believe you get your milk on the side & can add as you want, however the young lady who was finishing our order of four, just started pouring & staring at us. She was waiting for us to say "when" but hadn't articulated that well at all. Needless to say by the time she was finished with all the bowls & we sat down, everyone's bowls were very soggy. The store also looked like it had been there for years when it is newly opened. There was a young man who was seeping & cleaning but it was still fairly dilapidated considering. Eh. The amount of cereal is amazing, however, ordering anything other than that is a gamble as they always seem to be out of one or more of the elements needed. The whole ambiance and decor of the place is great but the drinks themselves were pretty disappointing. I ordered the Cookie Monster shake and was not worth it. The cereal and other toppings were stale. I hate to say it but something about my drink tasted spoiled. I really really did want to enjoy the drink since we enjoyed the great decor. It's very cute and Instagrammable, right as you step on that upper landing with the grassy wall and sign. Down the stairs it's bright and colorful, a fun environment for kids. My family planned a little morning breakfast stop yesterday to check out this adorable place. The minuet you entered the building it was a burst of serotonin. It was so amazing cute and clean and everyone working was so pleasant and nice! My son wanted a cake but they were out and they offered him a free drink because of the inconvenience! I'm currently sitting here writing this review couldn't even wait to get home. I got the Cookie Monster and WOW it is very good. Everyone is super friendly here and the themes in each room is awesome. They got all different kinds of cereals and combos of cereals and if you are worried about being lactose don't worry they have you covered. Get over here and try this place out. I run a business so I know the price to make a profit. I think everything is priced perfectly. Everyone keeps saying oh it's to expensive or whatever, but for them to make a profit and buy the cereal it's priced perfectly. Yes you can go buy your own cereal boxes and mix them yourselves but the thing is people your not and stop acting like you are going to after going there. It's a great idea and a good experience. This is the cutest little place for breakfast brunch sweets or some good drinks. It's in old sac downstairs building and very big inside. It's super dirty...I had to ask someone to wipe my table...and the bathroom is filthy. Not much going on here except lots of TVs and a few board games and they don't really have a kids play area just different theme rooms. Employees are nice tho. Not impressed. Cute, very pink place but it looks like it was put together by some teens. The girl behind the counter was not attentive or helpful with explaining to us how to order. She was so distracted with another employee. The cereals were just on the shelve facing sideways so we didn't know what was what so we didn't do a "build your own" like we wanted. We didn't want to hold up the line and keep telling her to turn the box around. We ended up just picking from the premixed ones on the counter which costed more even though it's the same cereal choices. We thought the place was like a froyo type thing where we can mix our own cereal, and milk and add toppings but it was basically just telling them what we want and they'll pour the cereal and milk for you. Overall, it's a nice place to bring the little ones to eat cereal to kill time but you can also just do that home. There's nothing really special or different about what they serve. It's just breakfast cereal! Maybe perhaps cereal from around the world or unique flavors will bring me back. read more
