Loved my experience here! They offer refreshments and snacks and the ladies here are so nice. I booked an appointment with Kailey for a haircut and she did so amazing! I do not recommend Kailey Nelson for any bleaching services! I went to her for full highlights and she toned my hair very dark, without even asking me if it was okay. She also highlighted terribly it's very zebra, chunky and uneven. I had to go the next day to another hair stylist to fix it!! The new hairstylist was very confused as to what Kailey had done!! She said she felt like Kailey had done a lazy job highlighting and bleaching it! It was more orangey in person too! Maybe try another hairstylist at this salon but not her! read more

I had an appointment with Lily to darken my hair and add a few pops of blue highlights. I had a few inspo pictures i brought in and with her suggestions we came up with a plan. It was the perfect way to get used to the change with just a few highlights here and there. I was really impressed with her placement of the highlights around my face. They are in the perfect spots to just catch your eye. Typically I don't enjoy getting my hair done but lily made it comfortable and relaxing especially during the shampoo and scalp massage. 10/10 would recommend. I've gone to Rebecca 3 times for my hair. I've had two haircuts with her and she cuts my hair exactly how I ask. The first time I went to her I went from long hair to an a-line. I loved the cut and I love it even more how it grew out. A-lines don't grow out nice in general but the way she cut my hair and how it grew back was amazing. Now the real review is with hair color. She took my hair from dark brown to BLONDE! It was all done on the same day without any damage. My hair feels and looks amazing! I will continue to get my hair colored with Rebecca. She is amazing!! I had waist length hair that she cut to my shoulders and it looks amazing! She listened to what I had to say, and she walked me through everything that she did which was very appreciated. First time customer here who had a marvelous experience. First thing: the communication from the beginning was on point. My appointment was schedule for noon on a Thursday and early Thursday morning my stylist texted me saying she wouldn't be able to make it due to having a child home sick. She asked me if I'd either like to keep my time and go with someone else or reschedule for another day. I opted to keep my scheduled time so she was able to work it out to have someone sub in for her. When I arrived at my scheduled time I was greeted very warmly. I said that I had originally been scheduled with so-and-so and that someone else would be stepping in (though I hadn't been given a name). This person said she'd have Rebecca see me once she was finished coloring another customer's hair. So I'd did end up having to wait about 15-20 mins, but I wasn't in a hurry and I was offered a beverage (I opted for herbal tea) so it was a pleasant wait. Rebecca ended up being fantastic--listened to what I wanted and the concerns I had and fixed my many years of DIY hair debacles lol. I got a short, layered do' with bangs (the latter i hadn't attempted since my teen years!) and she gave me some tips for styling them going forward. We also just had a great conversation about a lot of different things. I'm not always a chatt Patty but I enjoyed spending my lunch hour this way! In early September 2021, my 8 year old daughter decided she wanted to get her first real haircut. She was doing the big chop! But she wanted it before school started & she has ringlet curls with a soft texture. So I was in a dilemma to find a place that could take her within a week and be able to not disappoint. By reading reviews, I found that Kailey at Cerise Salon was a good option & she had an opening, so we booked it. It went great. Kailey was SUPER good with my daughter and very helpful. She did a great cut on my daughter's hair & my girl still loves it. I usually try at least one product from any salons I go to (I haven't found one yet that I'm ready to be a recurring customer for my own cuts). At Cerise, I grabbed their leave in conditioner / detangling spray. It works wonders! Only 1-2 spritzes leaves your hair feeling soft, detangled, and smelling great. I plan to keep purchasing this for myself and two daughters. The reason I'm here writing this now is that I am now due for a cut & I had completely blanked on Kailey's name. So I came back to Yelp to find the reviews I'd previously read that led me to her, so I can book her myself. Just had my hair colored for the second time here. The first time was acceptable, no damage, decent color work. However she did not color my two inch long roots! I didn't understand why she left me with roots but the rest of my hair looked good and she said we'd get my roots next time. Went back for second time, did low lights and again didn't color my roots. She said she'd have to bleach my hair first and since I had severe breakage from another salon that used bleach I declined. Not only did she fail to color my roots but she did severe damage and breakage to my hair. I can't even put my hair up because the sides are too damaged to pull back. Really nice staff and nice location but I guess it's difficult to find a colorist that doesn't damage your hair. I'm literally having to buy a decent wig now so i can show up for work meetings until i can grow this out. almost all my long bangs look like new growth now they are so broken. i am devastated as i have an important wedding to attend soon and several other events. i am just feel so helpless. nothing can fix this. read more

Back story, busy mom, had not been in a salon in over a year, old color in my hair, dead ends, and the worse part, I had been using black box dye on my roots! I was defiantly a project! First, I needed a lot of work done on my hair. It had not been cut in about a year and my roots were about 6 inches long. I was prepared to pay whatever necessary. I did my research and chose to come here. I even got scheduled with the owner. I wanted my roots bleached, all my hair purple and a specific cut. To make a long story short, the purple was terrible, it was all over my neck, the cut was not what I wanted at all. My hair looked nothing like I wanted. I had to go home to fix the purple, fix the part that wasn't shaved correctly and get all the color off my skin. Nothing I can do about the cut. The bleach was good tho.
