Three months ago I bought a 2006 Honda CRV from them for $6700. We had to wait a week to take delivery after we paid because the AC wasn't working. They bought a part and installed it and we picked it up. It wasn't working the best, then about 10 days ago the AC compressor seized up, took out a couple belts, the power steering and the alternator. Cost me $230 (at my mechanic) to repair the belts, and now it's another $800 to repair the air conditioning. Spoke with Cami (owner) - he suggested I reach out to the ebay seller on the part (in China) to enforce the 1 year warranty. Not getting warm fuzzies on the quality here..... I stopped by tonight to talk to Cami and give him a chance to make it right. After a short conversation, he agreed to write a check for $150 (half the profit on the car). He also offered to buy the car back. He was reasonable, and I appreciate him working with me. If I buy another car from his shop, I would have my mechanic check it out first. read more

My mom bought a car from this place, paid cash, and come to find out it needs a new transmission, there's a leak in the engine, a slew of other problems, totalling the cost of the car! She went back and asked if they were going to make it right, and they told her yes, had it for almost a week, it was only suppose to be 2 days. She gets it back takes it to a different mechanic, and nothing is fixed! She went back to them and they told her they weren't going to do anything about it. If you must go there, do not use Rich Hill. He will lie to your face about features, is completely unresponsive, and is one of the most unpleasant people i have ever come into contact with. It is unbelievable that he is employed in any job where he must interact with people. He literally told me that he didn't take appointments seriously because some people don't show up. What is the point of making an appointment if your sales person is lying about keeping it? After a nightmare of interactions with him, i was finally assigned to Ray who was infinitely easier to deal with and quite pleasant. The car I bought has been in the shop more than in my driveway. They would not negotiate on the price, sold me a car without a navigation card and then sent one that didn't work so now the speaker feature and navigation are useless. The warranty only had 1500 miles left on it so when we took it to a Mercedes dealership it was pretty embarrassing that we bought this car and the things they had to fix like seatbelts being twisted and repaired BACKWARDS, as well as missing parts on the undercarriage that the dealership that sold us the car should have replaced or fixed. So much time has been wasted taking the car in to be fixed. I feel totally taken at this point and already hate this car. Waste of time and money for sure. GET YOUR CAR INSPECTED at a dealership before you buy here to make sure they are on the up and up on what is going on with the car. read more

So it cost me $5000.00 to drive the car I purchased from them for 6 months. I bought it for $7300 and sold it for $2300 and was lucky to get that. Errol knew that I was traveling to the dealership to get the car. I put down the deposit to secure the vehicle, so I thought I was going to get a refund. The sales people are quite nice, but the cars are crap and they use shady tactics in order to sell them. I went to take a 2006 Ford Expedition for a test drive. They gave it to me on fumes so I couldn't drive it very far. Against my better judgement, I purchased it anyway since I needed an SUV and it was within my price range. Within hours of purchasing the car, it began to have problems. I took it to a local Ford dealership to have it looked over. Turns out, it needs nearly $1000 in repairs. The front end needs to be rebuilt, all the spark plugs are misfiring, cylinders need to be changed ... even the tire pressure sensor that the salesman at Certified Autoplex said they'd look into needs to be fixed still. I know I bought a used car but I purchased it from a dealership. I don't think it's asking too much for it be mechanically sound enough to drive for more than a few hours without problems. I cannot stress this enough: AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE IT IS! Before anyone at Certified Autoplex claims I'm some jealous competitor, I purchased the 2006 Ford Expedition (stock# 6LA37614) on Saturday, April 18, 2015 from Ivan Matijevic. I took it back to Certified Autoplex on Monday, April 20th where they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it despite the issues it was having. I then drove it from there to Sam Pack's Ford to get it thoroughly looked over. They've had my car since Monday. It's now Thursday, April 23rd. If I'm lucky, I'll get it back today. Currently, my Expedition has been in the shop more days than I've been able to drive it! read more

My initial experience with Certified Autoplex was good. My salesperson was helpful and easy to work with. I was really excited about my car until I realized that what I thought I bought was not actually what was on the car. The advertisement on their web site for the car listed a specific type of tire which is what is normally sold on this high end car. The tires listed were NOT on my car. Certified Autoplex claims that they are not responsible for what is listed on the advertisement because that is the information that comes with the VIN. They do not care to ensure that the product is sold as advertised. Not their problem. NO offer to replace the tires or anything beyond me buying new tires from them. Be ware, don't assume they will stand behind the product they have sold you or that they have advertised. read more

I purchased a vehicle from here 28 days ago. After the 4 hour drive up to test drive it I noticed the tires were wearing weird and the steering wheel was off center.. I told the sales guy (rich) that it looks like it needs new tires and an alignment. His response was "we just filled the tires to correct PSI and it's just the crown of the road it's fine we don't sell bad cars" ok fine I'll just get new tires and get it aligned. So I went to have it aligned and they tried 3 times and it wouldn't align. Something is bent or needs replacing in there. So I called multiple times to get someone ANYONE from the dealership to answer a phone. Finally got Kenny told him what happened and he said to bring it back up so I made the 4 hour trek once again to have them take care of this issue. I was there all day waiting in the showroom to hear anything about the vehicle. Finally at 3:30 he comes out and has me drive it around the block tells me everything is fine.. another 4 hour drive home and it's not fixed. Ended up taking it to a manufacturer dealership to get fixed. Their mechanics are not good here, service isn't good, sales is non responsive and pushy. Would not recommend buying from here. Theirs a better deal somewhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE! read more

They sold me a car that they did an oil change on but they didn't put the oil filter on properly so all my oil leaked out within a week and I had to get my car towed to a VW dealership. Well I'll start with the positives. Yes they have a good selection at a good price. They set it low so that they do not need to negotiate. I also did not feel pressure to buy like some car lots. Negatives: I was very up front about my situation. I let them my credit score was 650 & currently being worked on by a credit repair company. They said no problem and that they do one soft credit pull and 6 companies would be competing for the loan. I specifically asked, "so even though 6 companies are competing, there is only one pull?" The salesman said yes. I fill out the paperwork and talk to the finance guy. He tells me 4 of the 6 have turned down the loan and the other two have left for the day, promising to get back to me tomorrow. He never called back. I had to call 2 days later, where he quickly told me the other two companies turned it down as well. He told me I was misinformed. That they pull one hard pull and the companies each pull a soft pull. Neither is true because I had 6 new hard inquiries on my score. I would have never gone through the process had they been more informed of what actually shows up on your credit as a hard inquiry. read more
