This review will actually cover two services from Certified. The first one was about a year ago when our opener died. They replaced the motor, suggested considering a new door, but we just went with the new mother. Al did the install and it went really well. Fast forward a year later, the door itself (which is wooden) was starting to rot out. The motor install went so well that I called them again. Cong just replaced the door in about 6 hours and we finally have a completely new set up that's quiet and will hopefully last for some time to come. Cong took his time, and was careful and methodical, which I really appreciate. He made sure to grab me during key points of the installation to make decisions on exactly where I wanted things to be placed. Great service. Was able to get Alvaro out the next day. The wire in the spool snapped on our garage door. Alvaro and his coworker (sorry forgot his name) fixed the problem and while they were out we changed out the dated metal rollers and they tuned everything up. Replaced bolts and nuts where missing.
