I don't often write reviews, but I do when I feel someone goes above and beyond. I had Certified install two brand new Liftmaster side mount garage doors recently. There were some service issues the first time around and, unfortunately, the painters I recently had in my garage snapped a few of the sensor wires and I couldn't even close my garage and I was going out of town the next day. I called Joseph, the owner, who shifted things around in his schedule and came out the very next day. He fixed the items the painters had caused, and then I shared a few of the items I wished had gone better the first time around (which weren't his fault). He addressed everything there on the spot, and definitely went above and beyond to ensure that everything was corrected to my expectations and that I was a satisfied customer. Doing business right seems like an easy thing to do, but is a rare thing these days. This review will actually cover two services from Certified. The first one was about a year ago when our opener died. They replaced the motor, suggested considering a new door, but we just went with the new mother. Al did the install and it went really well. Fast forward a year later, the door itself (which is wooden) was starting to rot out. The motor install went so well that I called them again. Cong just replaced the door in about 6 hours and we finally have a completely new set up that's quiet and will hopefully last for some time to come. Cong took his time, and was careful and methodical, which I really appreciate. He made sure to grab me during key points of the installation to make decisions on exactly where I wanted things to be placed.
