If you are on a time budget, schedule the weekend or something. I was late to get back to work. The work itself was good and the Xpel XR nano-ceramic tint is truly an excellent product. VERY good heat reduction I've notice inside my car on these hot hot summer days. Definitely would recommend their service, but be mindful of your time in case it isn't a 'quick' pickup.

I called my insurance co and they said I had a $500 deductible but referred me to a place 8 miles away that could do it for $360. I had to wait 2 days because they were booked solid. I didn't realize yelp had a feature that let me receive estimates from several other shops at the same time. I originally requested an estimate from the shop with the most 5 star reviews. Within a few hours I had a total of 3 estimates. Mark - who had the least amount of 5 star reviews - initially replied the quickest. After a few initial questions - which he answered right away - I got down to it and asked "I've received estimates from a few others - what sets you apart from them?" Immediately my phone rings. It's Mark. He tells me that he's been in business for 19 years and the other estimates I received are probably from his friends that also work in the business. He says he's not going to put anyone down because they all have been working in the same industry for sometime now and all work just as hard. He tells me it's really a matter of personal preference and that he could be out as early as the next morning. WOW. Done. He shows up the next morning - yeah - HE came to me. I didn't have to drive 8 miles with a cracked windshield to some shop my insurance co recommended. He arrived 10 minutes EARLY. Told me it would take about 45-60 minutes. He showed me that the windshield that was originally on my 10 year old used car was not done properly and had signs of rust (see photos). If I did get into an accident, my airbags would have been useless. Holy cow. Everything took him exactly 60 minutes from the time he pulled up, explained everything to me, replaced my windshield, cleaned up and drove off. I ended up giving him $20 MORE than what he quoted me (much less than what my insurance's "recommended shop" quoted me) because I was so grateful for his knowledge, honesty and integrity. What a great experience…read more I had messaged Chance in regard to tinting my truck and got a QUICK & CLEAR response! We had agreed upon doing "Llumar Air-Blue 80" on the windshield & Stratos 30 on the front windows.. (highest end of tint quality they offer) Upon my arrival, i explained to Chance that i am VERY particular about having a balanced shade all around my vehicle, with the front windows matching the factory tinted rear windows.. Chance pulled out a tint-meter & the rear windows read 25% factory tint... "Llumar Stratos" offers shades in 15% or 30%... Not 25%... Meaning, my windows would be either a tad lighter or darker... My heart wasn't sold on this... Chance told me that 25% WAS available, but in the "PINNACLE" series (one step lower, & cheaper) that sounded like a B i N G O to me !!! Moral of the story, Chance did what would make the CUSTOMER HAPPY FIRST, instead of prioritizing his margins ... iF that doesn't win your business, then nothing will. Anybody talking bad on this shop or Chance is a straight GOOFY. Clean spacious air conditioned facility (chairs if u need to wait) with clean restrooms, with free bottled water... "Cleanliness is next to godliness"... Clean Facility = Clean Work... The Air-Blue 80 on the windshield is SO SO dope! its POLARiZED! its like wearing glasses without wearing glasses ... Kinda like speakers vs headphones ... (HiGHLY RECCOMEND) Drove to Anaheim from HOLLYWOOD just to get this done & i WiLL BE BACK !! As you can tell from the length of my review- im STOKED !! THANKS

I reached out to 10 different places for quotes on a new windshield. Signature wasn't the lowest…read morebut was far from the highest. However, they were the most comprehensive in their initial quote and quoted me top-tier glass. If you have a front-mounted camera for adaptive cruise control, lane assist, etc., you HAVE to have the system recalibrated after a new windshield is installed. Several quotes suggested it's an option. It's not. Signature was on top of it when I asked about the calibration and how it was performed. They always responded to my several questions as I was deciding between two different auto glass shops. Signature won out for being quick to respond and offering more for less. I finalized the appointment on a Friday, and they were able to get me in on Monday morning. Monday came, and I was there at 8:30 (FYI: It's a little tricky to find as it's a small driveway, so slow down when you get close.) The guiding me into the garage where my window was already set up, ready to go. They led me to their waiting room with a TV, coffee, etc. They came in, showed me that my camera was slightly misaligned after removing my window, and said it would hopefully be corrected when they were done. About 90 minutes later, they came and got me, said they were done, and went through the report that said my camera had been perfectly recalibrated. Taking the care home, the window looked great! In more tests, it rained the next night, so I went for a drive, and there were zero leaks around the window. I couldn't have asked for a better product or service. One final hint - pay cash if you can. They appreciate it.

Upon returning to my car after said work was done and the job was paid in full, i saw that my doors were locked and my key/opener were laying in the cup holder. Luckily, I carry a spare key on me in case these shops screw up. I observed that the lane departure camera behind the rear view mirror was crudely attached with blue painters tape to the windshield. I approached the guy (Johnny, i think his name was) and asked him about the camera tape up job. He stated "Oh I forgot to mention that", yeah right. He stated to me "oh, these mounting clips break all the time and we will order them from the dealer". Well, come to find out, the only mounting tabs were molded into the lane departure camera housing and the dealer only sells the whole camera assembly which is over $600! This also doesn't include recalibration of said device either. However, breaking the lane departure camera mounting tabs by inexperienced chuckle heads and then being lied to from the get go brought down this rating by 4 stars. Not good. The bottom line is that don't blow smoke up the customer's ass leading him on to BS. It NEVER ends well. Honesty is the best policy. DON'T LIE TO THE CUSTOMER. This is Business 101, people! If I was approached early on before I left that the tabs on the lane departure camera were broken upon disassembly and worked with me regarding repair/replacement, this would've been a 4-5 star review. I cant for the sake of things recommend this establishment. Avoid this place if you don't want to risk damage to your vehicle.
