    Honest and genuine people, reasonably priced. This is the only place I'd trust with my vehicles and have for many many years.

I never have any issues with integrity (as is common in the auto repair business) and can trust them to tell me when I absolutely need to do something that it is the mechanics best estimate based upon his skill and experience and NOT some corporate revenue goals like other companies seem to. I have dealt with Matt, the shop manager since he was the desk guy in Cottleville and he has always let me know when something could be put off for a bit so it could be budgeted for versus a surprise AND when they need to be done immediately. They also go out of their way to get me the best prices on parts by working with a number of parts companies in town and not just calling the dealer. The staff at both locations truly have an interest in the safety of me and all who ride in my vehicles. 10/10 highly recommend

    Two years ago I had Len's Auto Repair replace a coil on the back valve cover. The mechanic doing…read morethe work dropped my aluminum intake manifold and broke a corner off. They told me they were locating a used one and found one in Kentucky. Called and said vehicle was repaired and ready. Wasn't until a while later I realized they had only JB Welded the corner back onto intake and not replaced it. No issues or check engine lights so I let it be. Fast forward two years and I have an oil leak on back valve cover. I went in to get an estimate and told them, by the way, when you did the repair two years ago and YOUR employee dropped and broke it you didn't replace the intake like you said. The estimate was $973 and I said I'll do it myself. When I removed the intake the corner piece was separated from the intake. ( I JB didn't last) I took it to the shop and showed them and said all I should do is grind off old JB Weld and reapply some. I said can't you do it for me since YOUR mechanic broke it. Again, they said all I had to really do was clean it up and put some more JB on it. Once again, I said well I think you should do it since you broke it and he said well it would be a week or two because I have mechanics on vacation and etc. etc.. I just shook my head and walked out. I will never give this place anymore business and I will spread the word to all my friends and family. I advise anyone else to do the same!

They were so kind to me and walked me through everything I needed, not to mention it was super speedy! Fast forward a few months later when my cars check engine light came on, they got me in asap. The front desk ladies are absolute gems, they kept me informed the whole way through. My car is always fixed and back to me in record time. I appreciate them doing a courtesy inspection on my car each time it is in, they never have made me feel pressured to do any additional work unless I wanted it done. I've been here a few times now, including for oil changes. Each visit I know I am in good hands. They even offer a courtesy vehicle and will drive you where you need to go. They might be priced higher than some surrounding shops, but the service you receive is quality.

    I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Endurance. I purchased a policy for my 2016 Cadillac…read morethree years ago, believing I had reliable coverage. However, when my transmission started slipping, Endurance 'closed' the claim based on a technicality that feels intentionally designed to avoid paying out. They claimed I missed a transmission fluid change at the 45,000-mile mark, citing "extreme use" driving conditions. Here is why their decision is completely unjustified: Lack of Transparency: At no point during the sign-up process was I told texas was classified as "extreme" due to heat or city driving. If this was a requirement for my specific location, it should have been clearly disclosed. Ignoring Vehicle Usage: This isn't even my primary car! It's a low-mileage vehicle used mostly for small-town driving and occasional trips. Applying an "extreme use" maintenance schedule to a car that is barely driven is ridiculous. Contradicting Local Experts: I consulted three independent mechanics here in my area, and all of them agreed that a 60,000 to 100,000-mile interval is the standard for this region. Endurance is essentially making up their own rules that go against professional mechanical advice just to save themselves money. Additionally, the person who was assigned claims would not even engage with me. They only engaged through the mechanic, which is extremely frustrating. I asked them to deny the claim rather than close it so it would be easier to take further action, but they wouldn't. They said they closed it because I could not provide documentation that I had the transmission fluid changed at 45K miles, even though I told them four times it was not changed because it was not due to be changed. It is clear that Endurance looks for any excuse to deny a claim, even when you've followed reasonable maintenance patterns. Save yourself the headache and the money--do not trust this company with your vehicle.

They were honest and knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing and did it well and efficiently. Truck went in on Wednesday night and I had the quote by Thursday morning and the mechanics stayed late Friday night to finish it by Saturday morning for me. Quote for all repairs came in very reasonable as they hit the quote dead on. These guys are a rare breed and I hope to do business with them again. Their integrity and dedication to their customers is second to no one I've dealt with before. Thank you for your fine work!

The service by the attendant that check you in and listen to what the problem is with your car are very helpful and courteous. Whatever is wrong they explain exactly what they found and how they will fix it and then of course the price is always just right. This last time I thought I had an oil leak, they took the time to put me on their schedule, checked it out completely, explained what they did and the conclusion they came to, and in this case they found no leak at all. No names are going to be named I just wanted to make everyone aware of potential criminal activity . Ofallon Garage employed a professional credit/ debit fraudster who is still currently working there. They store the credit card information for months then will use it later, long after the time of a purchase made at Ofallon Garage so the unsuspecting victims wouldn't know where the charges came from. The owner is well aware of this is knowingly having the fraudster dealing with your sensitive data. I've heard of multiple people having fraudulent charges occur on their account. I just wanted to give a heads up to my community.
