I was very satisfied with the job done on my pool this past week. It was incredibly dirty and I booked an appointment for a servicing and he came and got my pool from swamp looking to as good as new. Strangest experience I've ever had with a contractor. Francisco seemed like such a nice/thoughtful guy, but he recently started my pool repair work and left for the day, never to be heard from again. It's been a week and a half and he won't respond to a text or phone call and the company mailbox is full. Not sure if maybe something happened to him or what. I was really counting on him to get this work done so I could open the pool. I waited over a month for him to get started and now I'm left hanging and am having trouble finding anyone else to come out for at least another month or so. Super big hassle... It seems there is an established theme on this page... vanishing without notice. Francisco and I agreed to a weekly service contract for this summer. He came once for the first service (a day late- not a big deal). Good service and conversation about our pool and current issues. Then, he pulled his disappearing act. He no-showed 2 weeks in a row and COMPLETELY ghosted me, even after my attempts to reach out 9 times over 8 days via text, voice, email, etc. I hope he is OK.
