With no appointment, I called early on Monday and spoke with Sam, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and got me a replacement tire (and even got the tire "in his hand") to confirm it was in stock and not just "in stock" based on the online system. I then showed up and was helped by Corbin, who came to inspect the tire and helped me with the rest of my transaction, and was once again extremely friendly and knowledgeable and also got me setup with an additional TPMS check to prevent something like this from creeping up on me by surprise again! Overall the experience was amazing and I was in and out same day, and was helped very efficiently with friendly and knowledable service. Shout out again to Corbin and Sam for being awesome!

That felt insane to me, so I decided to get a second opinion and took it to Auto Technik instead. I am SO glad I did. I first reached out to them through Yelp, then hopped on a phone call with them, and they were able to take my car in the very next day. After diagnosing it, we were all pretty shocked to find out that what the Toyota dealership said needed to be repaired had actually been misdiagnosed. Jay was able to figure out what was really going on simply by plugging into the car and properly reading the diagnostics. We were honestly appalled that the Toyota dealership hadn't caught it in the first place. So instead of spending $7,500 at the dealership and most likely STILL not fixing the actual problem, Auto Technik was able to properly diagnose and fix my Sequoia for around $1,500. Aside from saving me a ton of money, everyone here was just so nice and communicative with me throughout the entire process. I felt like they were honest with me, explained what was going on, and genuinely wanted to make sure the actual problem was fixed. I'm seriously so appreciative of Jay and everyone at Auto Technik. Frankly, I was very concerned. So I parked the car and decided to see if Just Tires could give me some advice on what might be the problem. Since this clearly was not a tire issue, I was pleasantly surprised when the manager said "let me take a look and see what might be the issue." I was so grateful. To my surprise he came back within a few minutes and said a bolt was missing from the under carriage. He replaced the bolt at no cost and sent me on my way. The fact that the service was free, while I was grateful, is not the reason I am writing this review. I appreciate the friendly, thoughtful customer service. We live in a time when people can be mean and customer service for some businesses is not a priority. That is not the case at "Just Tires."
