Delicious coffee spot that we grabbed breakfast too on our way to Universal Studios. We enjoyed some Colombian treats and perfectly made coffee. The avocado toast was okay, but the veggie omelette was awesome! It is a cozy location with lots of seating. They got empanadas and cafe items ready to grab and go. Service was kind and plaza parking is free.

CFS stands for Coffee for the Soul. This location is adjacent to the LA Fitness and was perfect as I grabbed a latte after my workout. I was really interested in the protein latte and may try that next time. They have an extensive food menu an da pastry and empanadas case also. This is a local chain with Colombian influence. Casual. Good service. Plenty of parking in the lot. Please come and create your own experience.

It is European style coffee shop with delicious food and we sit outside. The service was good. It is clean place but the pricing is a bit high.

The ambiance is great, the coffee was great, my omelette was also great, but my potatos were burnt, and had no seasoning. My friend got the protein pancakes and he said that he liked them. The arepa that he ordered looked great, but was a little dry... Service was great too! I just had issues with the arepa and the potatos.

I love swinging by CFS coffee for their berry Matcha. It gives me the energy that I need with just enough sweetness the staff is always friendly and the ambience is very peaceful. They also a great variety of coffees, tea and delicious pastries.

This was amazing coffee that you can add and change up to fit your desires. This is not a Starbucks or Dunkin. They were busy in the morning, but that told us it was worth it. Be patient and kind. The workers were so nice and care about the quality they give out so they will take their time. Over it was a great experience and I highly recommend.

My first time at this beautiful, cozy, and cute, small coffee shop. CFS, which stands for "Coffee For the Soul", it's own by a Colombian lady, and it is more than a coffee shop! It also serves all day breakfast, lunch/dinner. Their menu offers a variety of tasty food and many are plant-based options. There's one breakfast plate that got my attention and the one I will try on my next visit: "Yuca Waffles" made with bananas, mix berries, powder sugar, maple syrup and whipped cream...mmmm, sounds delicious! They also support local artist by selling to the public merchandise like handcrafted coffee mugs, knitted hand bags, and some paintings. I love that the shop has indoor and outdoor sitting. Indoors, they have a very comfy sectional couch, to sit if you're with a group of friends or family. They did not had the coffee flavor I want it, but Daniella went above and beyond to make me one just like that one I wanted and it tasted very similar to "Dulce de Leche". She was awesome! And I was very surprised and pleased to hear Alen talking about the shop history, even though it is his second day working there, very knowledgeable! I will definitely visit this coffee shop more often!

Just wanted to support "not Starbucks" and found this gem around the corner from my MRI place and Universal Studios. I love it!! This is now my spot whenever I am over here!! There is nothing to not love! People are super friendly. The coffee is fantastic and is served in authentic Colombian hand crafted mugs. You owe it to yourself to come here!!

I love cfs coffee. I used to come here once a week after my classes at Valencia were through. It's not often I find myself near kirkman anymore, but today I turned onto kirkman and it was the first place that came to mind. They are just as fantastic as I remember!!! They take the time to craft the perfect cup of coffee, both iced and hot, take pride in their food menu (and does it well at that) and provides a warm environment to relax do schoolwork, or just enjoy good vibes and good company.

It was bagged nicely and well organized. The omelette was a generous sized portion with plenty of tender chicken, peppers, and cheese. There was salsa to add a bit of flavor, but it tasted that it was made in New York City (if you remember that commercial ;) ). The white toast was soft and buttery, and the potatoes were good. My mom enjoyed the banana pecan waffles, and I took a couple bites as well. It was sinfully sweet and enjoyable, especially the bananas. And I must say the coffee was so good, it was even better than the Juan Valdez coffee that I make at home. Since I didn't visit the restaurant, I can't comment on the atmosphere. But I believe the service is excellent because they nicely packed all items and kept it organized. I definitely need to take my family to this restaurant. It wasn't very crowded, so we weren't sure if that was a sign that it wasn't good or people just hadn't discovered that it opened yet. We decided to give it a try. The inside atmosphere didn't feel as cozy as before. It feels a bit sterile, but I think they're still trying to get things hung on the walls, etc. (Hopefully) And the menus were not very professional looking. I'm hoping that they're still waiting to get the official ones printed. The menu items seemed a bit limited. I like a lot of variety of options. I ordered the regular Eggs Benedict. My partner ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich. Both entrees came with really thick slices of ham, which was delicious. And my eggs were perfectly cooked. I ordered the hashbrowns as my side, while he ordered the home fries. The home fries were obviously made in-house. They were big, chunky, freshly cut, and delicious. My hashbrowns obviously were from frozen; they were cooked too crunchy and didn't have much flavor. I'd definitely recommend the home fries over the hashbrowns. We had great service, though. The restaurant just needs to make some improvements to be successful in that area.

You order at the counter, grab a table, and they'll bring the food out to you. We got the Croque Madame with the soup du jour (broccoli cheddar) and a potato bacon quiche. The Croque Madame was tasty/crispy and the soup was flavorful but the quiche was quite bland. I added salt, pepper, and ketchup to give it more flavor. Staff was friendly and our food came out pretty quickly. We enjoyed the ambiance and the decor did transport us to France. I paired my meal with the seasonal selection of matcha, the blueberry Matcha. Service was pretty quick and the food and drink were amazing. Croque Madame was cheesy and delicious with a yummy runny egg. The matcha was sweet and had the blueberry flavor from the whipped cream. The tomato soup was savory, creamy, and with tomato flavor and came with two slices of baguettes, which were great to dip up the soup. If I'm ever back in Orlando I would 100% make a stop by here again.

It is a family owned restaurant founded by New York natives who noticed a gap in Central Florida for high quality, authentic New York style diner food. The original location opened on Universal Boulevard in the Lake Cay area, near Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. The restaurant quickly became popular with both locals and vacationers looking for an alternative to the standard hotel breakfast buffet. Following the success of the Universal Boulevard location, the owners expanded to additional Central Florida locations, including Lake Buena Vista and Dr. Phillips. The Diner has gained attention for its creative twists on classic comfort food. One of its signature dishes is the Bennyffle a combination of Eggs Benedict served over a waffle. The menu also features specialty cereal pancakes, including Fruity Pebbles and Oreo Crunch, along with classics such as chicken and waffles. In July 2026, the Universal Boulevard location even became the center of a viral national news story after a family of seven including children reportedly walked out on a $298.47 breakfast bill. The story highlighted how hard family businesses work and how an incident like this can affect them. I recently met up with a group of friends at The Diner for brunch. The Diner can get crowded, and they do not take reservations. I am grateful that one of my friends arrived very early to wait for a table for our group. The diner offers a selection of coffee drinks as well as alcoholic beverages, making it a festive spot for brunch. Since I had a long day ahead, I stuck with coffee and ordered the signature chicken and waffles. The combination was delicious. The crispy, savory fried chicken was the perfect partner to the soft, buttery waffles, while the warm, sweet maple syrup contrasted to the salty chicken. It was a very large portion and I really enjoyed my meal. The service was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating when we needed several separate checks. I loved my visit to The Diner, and the experience was made even better by sharing brunch with a great group of friends. We were staying at a Holiday Inn near Disney Springs so we decided to come here for a late dinner. One of the best decisions made here. We did a late night walk through the shopping center and landed here around 9:50 pm. It was pretty late and we worried there would be no seats but we were seated promptly. The establishment was very ambient, cozy, and well furnished. I liked the warm, glowing atmosphere of the restaurant. The server was extremely polite and took our order quite soon. We were starving after a long day but the food came out in around 20ish minutes which wasn't too bad. The serving sizes were quite huge. We didn't expect this much food for two portions. For $34 per plate, the dishes were large and came with a large helping of sides. The fried chicken was extremely crispy and juicy. They originally wanted to serve the food quickly/more fresh so they served a chicken thigh to me after on a second plate. They also forgot my substitution of Mac n cheese for mash potatoes so I got a free helping of mash which was sweet. The pickled cucumber was light and fresh which tasted great with the heavier chicken. The potatoes were a little heavy and I wish came with gravy, but still delicious. I really loved the Mac n cheese and finished that up. The chicken steak was also delicious with the grits but a little too salty. Wish they added the grits to the side for me to dip as it became a little too much at times. It was better to eat it with a side of potatoes to balance the flavor. The broccolini was sautéed perfectly and delicious, could eat a whole plate of those alone. The biscuits weren't bad but tasted better eaten with the potatoes. The food was a little heavy but so so good. We had to take half of the food to our hotel and ate it the next day for dinner as it was way too much food for one meal. Even after microwaving it, the food was just as delicious and flavorful. We spent about $80 but had so much food leftover. An expensive dinner, but everything tasted amazing. Would definitely come back if I had the chance.
