But I recently got a new-to-me Honda and wanted to get the CVT fluid changed since I don't know when it was last changed. I called Goudy for a price on this service, and it was quite reasonable. Of course I could probably do it myself for a lot cheaper, but I hadn't had a chance to know my car well enough to take on this job. Since they were a block away from me, I thought I'd give them a try. It was my first time using Goudy and Daniel Tieu was the first service advisor who assisted me. Fortunately I remember reading a positive review about him somewhere on Yelp or Google reviews, so that was reassuring. The service was timely and Daniel said everything checked out okay on their multipoint inspection (brakes, battery, tires, etc.) and didn't try to sell me on any other service. We all know that the car repair industry has a bad reputation for upselling or insisting that something needs to be fixed now or else it's going to catastrophically fail the moment you leave the shop. My experience on my first visit was a positive one. While I might have paid a bit more compared to an indie shop, I know I got genuine Honda parts and their techs are well versed on Honda maintenance and I assume know what they're doing. (I know that's not always the case, as I've heard about bad dealer service experience). I should also note that they have a nice waiting area. Nothing fancy, as in no fancy coffees or pastries. Just a quiet area (at least when I was there) away from the sales floor. I could have walked home, but I decided to stick around and read a book I had with me. It wasn't long when I got a call that my car was ready.

This place is a legit professional exhaust shop. I searched around based on reviews and past…read moreexperiences with other muffler shop. Some places slap stuff on and send you out. It will work, but not always be the best. This shop takes pride in the work they do. Owner is friendly and personable. I even chatted him up regarding welding, and he openly took the time to teach/show me some things to try as practice to learn better welding. This was not even related my my job!! I consider my job pretty simple... for my skill level (shade tree mechanic). I did not want to deal with it in my driveway. So I needed a shop that I would trust to do it as I would do it. I would take my time and get it right. No Wham,Bamm thank you mamm stuff. Here is an example of the little details you want in a professional shop. When putting on the clamps for the exhaust tips the owner (Sorry, I forgot your name, my bad) rotated the clamps in such a way that they would never be noticeable (clamp bolts) from the rear. This car is low and it probably would not have mattered but I know from experience from other shops that they would have just slapped the clamps on. Would have it worked? Yes. "Professional detail" no. The details matter and that is how you know you are dealing with someone that cares about the service they provide you. My job was a Corsa cat back exhaust on a 2024 Ford Mustang GT. The owner knew exactly what he was doing. Not like some other shops where it just seems like the person is guessing half the time. I work on my own project cars. So I have a certain skill level and sometimes I am that person that is guessing on how to do something. This shop was none of that. Professional and knowledgeable all the way. I will be letting everyone I know about the shop for their exhaust needs. You get what you pay for. The prices at this shop are fair, competitive and totally reasonable. Seriously I felt like I got a bargain just based on how professional the shop was. Side note- The owner has legit welding skills too. I saw examples. I would not hesitate for him to weld anything I needed done. NOT RELATED TO THIS SHOP AT ALL... Just a personal rant about some Yelp reviewers... Again NOT RELATED to this shop or any reviews of this shop...My two cents on Yelp reviews overall where people say they felt over-charged or they know they can get something cheaper. Look, you are paying for someone's skill and overhead (of the business). Stop thinking it is okay to scr3w skilled professionals of their labor because you think it SHOULD cost less. Seems you do not have the skills or understand the knowledge need to do skilled jobs you want someone to preform for you. First off just remember EVERYTHING is more expensive now. Then there is a big difference between doing a job correctly and doing a hack job that will be "good enough'. If you are one of those "good enough" shoppers, then stop leaving bad reviews all over Yelp for business that are actually trying to give you a professional and correct service. The team took the time to go over my setup, answered my questions, and gave me some helpful advice without trying to sell me things I didn't need. The whole process was smooth and professional. The car drives exactly how I wanted it to. Steering feels sharper, the alignment is spot on, and you can tell they pay attention to the details. It's nice to find a shop that actually cares about getting it right. Definitely a 5-star experience. My wallet is a little lighter, but at least now the car goes straight... until I tell it not to. DO NOT COME TO TONY FOR AN ALIGNMENT OR SERVICE OF ANY KIND!! READ THIS!…read more This dude Tony is not a stand up guy by any means. First of all, when I went in for a standard alignment, he told me my alignment was perfect other than needing rear control arms to fix rear camber issues known on Teslas. He promised that with this new rear control arm installation and alignment, he would have 3x my potential tire life! Sounds amazing, right? I at first was weary of this suggestion and initially declined his offer, but after doing research and confirming it was a good suggestion, I book him for an appointment and was excited to have him work on my car. He quoted me 2-3 hours of labor. I arrived, but he takes in my car and FINISHES the entire rear control arm installation and full wheel alignment in just over an hour. How did he out do his own estimate of 2-3 hours of labor? Maybe he was pissed off and decided to do subpar installation and alignment? When he finishes my car, he tells me he is upset/angry with me for not knowing any better that he is a "stand up guy" and that I was wrong for doubting his "professional suggestions!" He then had me listen to how he only looks out for all his customers. If that were the case, then my new alignment should be spot on, right?? Am I not allowed to have any kind of doubt when meeting this guy whom I don't know anything about? I can't read peoples minds and know that he meant the best for me! What the hell is going on?? Is this all a joke? Customers can't be transparent and honest about initially declining a suggested fix and change their mind later? Is this still America? After his insanely quick rear camber arm and full alignment were completed in just over an hour, I looked over the spec sheet and ask Ai to summarize his service. Ai tells me my toe and rear camber are still off, similar to have not having anything adjusted! When contacting him via text, and ask whether or not his work will prove to give me 3x the tire life he promised, he ignores my question and just states, "Anything outside of factory specs would be technically be custom specs." I DON'T THINK SO, PLAYER. I then told him, "It isn't a custom alignment, it is "Ideal alignment" and he still ignores my questions and says, "it would be a custom aligment because it's not what factory recommends." NOPE, YOU TOLD ME YOU WOULD 3X MY TIRE LIFE, BUT DRIVING MY CAR FEELS ABSOLUTELY WRONG AFTER LEAVING HIS SHOP! I stopped by in the AM for an oil change. I didn't make an appointment beforehand or anything, but they were happy to accommodate. But as it turns out, it was quite early for an oil change and I didn't need it. They reset my car system sensor so the alert disappeared and sent me on my way, no charge. This was my second time visiting, and I think it'll be my go-to for car maintenance from now on. I'll gladly support this business.

Visited today 3/17/2026, after speaking with Matt the day before. I brought in brand new 21 inch Tesla rear wheels and Michelin PS4 tires for installation on my car. I drove over an hour from Chatsworth, California to this location so that they could use the Hunter Revolution machine, specifically to avoid damaging my wheels. Nevertheless, Matt, if it's his real name, severely damaged my new wheel near the wheel center cap area with the machine that was made to avoid this. How incompetent!!! He lied to my face and gave dull, illogical, dummy excuses about what happened. Bottom line: He damaged the wheel and would not acknowledge and take accountability for his actions. I had to call the police to make a record of this issue because I will be suing. The damage was caused because he did not apply the machine's plastic adapter when he clamped onto the face of the wheel; he clamped to the face of the wheel with metal to metal contact and severely damaged the paint. I quickly did a Google search, and the first company I called was quite rude and pushy telling me they're closing soon so I can't tow my car that night (I wasn't going to anyway, but how rude) so I tried B & K. Fabian answered and was so nice. He actually told me to hurry and come before he closed and that he would take a look. I called on Friday night, and I was trying to find somebody and give them a heads up that I was going to tow in the morning.... Fabian won my business, obviously, and won my review. The whole process took a literal 10 minutes to weld. Just goes to show what a little kindness and good customer service get you. He said to call Fabian at B & K Radiator & Muffler. I showed up and Fabian asked what I was looking for sound-wise, and he ran down my options. He even removed my stock muffler and let me hear all the possible muffler upgrades to help me make my decision. Who goes the extra mile limke that? Fabian does! Add to that, when it came time to decide between A or B, he never tried to over sell me. He told me honestly that the less expensive option was every bit as good as the "name brand" muffler, and that it has a longer life span as well. Decision made. They installed the muffler and my Ford sounds great! The price was right, the service was excellent and most importantly, honest. That means a lot. Exhaust or radiator issues?
