Where do I begin. Bought Mercedes and was told check brake light on dash board was fixed. Had car for 2 days and catastrophic break light failure lite up and car shut down. Towed to Topline and after almost a month, was told all fixed. The car was towed with full tank gas and we received empty. Armand said he would give us $100 for gas and detailing since was all filthy after my husband detailed it Prior. We had car for 1 wk and viola sent back with full tank and received again car empty and dirty. Turns out it was hydraulics which we had fixed. we believe 2 strikes you are out so that all was from 10/2020-1/2021. last Week 4/5/21 we received "second warning tolls $40.00 which I paid immediately. My husband said wait that isn't my license It turns out when they had the car 12/2020 they drove on every toll over President Bush tollway they could find , while they were assessing Our car , On our dime. we have never gotten detailing as promised or $100 for gas they used up not once but twice I was looking at cars there for me, but after this not going back. Not happy with service and they obviously can't keep their word we Should have taken pictures , but we really feel they removed the pretty Mercede hubcaps that were originally on the car. BUYER BEWARE! My 18 year old son saved up his hard earned money to buy his first car. We came to Topline to make the purchase. Our salesman was Eddie. My son actually test drove the vehicle on his 18th birthday and it was supposed to be a good experience. We explained to Eddie that it was his very first purchase and a gift to himself for his 18th birthday. My son works very hard and this purchase was a huge deal for him! We even had this discussion with the salesman, who mentioned in the conversation that he has a daughter. He also took the time to give my son knowledge about the particular vehicle he was interested in. Eddie seemed trustworthy. I wonder how he would feel if someone took advantage of his child the way they did mine? Anyway, my son went to the credit union the next day and was approved for a loan. He was thrilled! I took the following day off of work to drive him back to the dealership to finalize his deal. It was so good to see the smile on my son's face. Just 12 days later, the transmission goes out on his way to work! We called Eddie and explained what happened. We asked what they could do to help. Eddie said he would speak with his manager and get back to us. The next day, he did call back to say the manager is unwilling to resolve the issue. After reading other reviews here, it's evident that the people who run this place are dishonest, sleazy and have zero integrity. There are thousands of dealerships out there. More like Crapline! Calling these guys shady is a total understatement. In 2010 I bought a 2003 BMW M3 from Brian. The car looked great but had a carfax that showed a minor rear end collision. When I pressed them for details they assured me that the damage was only cosmetic. 8 months later I decided to sell the car and took it to another dealer. turns out Topline lied to me. The vehicle had been in a major accident and had serious frame damage. I was assured by several other dealers that there was no possible way that the folks at Topline could have NOT known that this was the case because all auctions use Autocheck and this revealed the extent of the damage. When I contacted Topline and told them I ws prepared to sue they bought the car back for thousands less then we originally paid. -- worse I'm sure they just resold it to another sucker that relied on the carfax and their dishonest assurances. Their car is always in good shape so I don't need to worry about getting shit.. 2. Their price is always good. The only complain I have is one time I was trying to buy a 2004 white Audi A4 from them and the sales person promise me the car will be mine, but the next day I go, the car is gone..... I am particular about what I drive. I spent 2 weeks looking for a used 2003 Infiniti i35. I looked from San Diego to Los Angeles in addition to searching the Inland Empire. We had bought a previous second-hand car from a private party one year ago, and had so many issues with it that we wanted to change. I came by to look at a vehicle I found listed on CarGurus, I drove 2 hours to see this car and when I arrived the car was available for me to look at since it was left unlocked which was great. A few minutes went by and none of the salesmen approached me so I figured maybe they're busy, I started to look at their whole car lot and some salesmen were next to me on their phones and they didn't even acknowledge me. I started to walk even closer to them to see if I could even get a "hello" or "do you need any help today?" But nope nothing. I'm not going to lie their inventory looked great filled with luxury vehicles I just wish their workers would be a little more welcoming. I could've easily went inside the office and asked for assistance but after the salesmen ignored me I left and went to another dealership nearby and they were extremely welcoming and helpful. WORST dealer ship with the WORST customer service I've EVER been to. They (they should be counted for as just ONE person though since it was only one who helped me) are suppose to acknowledge every customer as a customer and take responsiblity of calling when asked to be called. Yes I agree but they denied ME as their customer by not calling me or giving me the chance to even see the car. Whoever that took care of me should have told the other salesman about ME and then they would know they SHOULD HAVE told the customer that someone wanted to see it first and if it was still available they would let that customer know. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. I was there on Sunday and on Monday yet someone that goes on in Thursday can just purchase the car that I wanted to see five days earlier but couldn't. You call that good service? Maybe I don't know much about how dealers do their job but I know what responsibility is when it comes to customers. We called and discussed a vehicle with them and said we were going to drive three hours to see the car that day. When we arrived, we were handed keys and had to find the car and inspect it alone. Then we had to find someone to move vehicles so we could test drive it. There were problems needing addressing (emergency brake not working, seat motor stuck in forward position). We discussed price and gave them a $500.00 deposit to hold the vehicle until we could return this weekend. We were told they would call Monday after it had been in for the repairs. No phone call occurred. On Wednesday they left my husband a message, which he got today. Apparently, even though he had a deposit holding the vehicle, they sold it to someone else. Thanks alot guys! Way to do business. Not! Thanks for wasting a tank of gas getting there. P.S. It might interest you to know that I was considering purchasing one of the BMW crossovers when we returned this weekend. I was told by Ethan the saleperson there that I was getting a accident free car and 6 months later SURPRISE!. He guaranteed this fact showing me the accident free carfax.
