I find out from mechanic in Santa Monica that this dealership well auto wrongfully changed the vin number on the car I bought from them. The vin numbers on the engine are different than on the door. now I can't get license paperwork for it to register. read more

Do not waste your time with this dealership. They are completely unprofessional & lack the common knowledge for the field that they are in, one being financed. My husband & I drove there after work to purchase a car yesterday. We test drove the car & was ready to buy. During the paperwork process, I gave them a check from my credit union (navy federal credit union) & they call to verify the check. They have to speak to the representative at the credit union to get a code in order for the check to be validated which they did. We got that all done then all of a sudden a manager came & said that the check was not a real check. They made me run my credit even though I was not financing through them. After 3 hours of being there, we left without purchasing the car. It was the worst car buying experience I have ever encounter in all my years of purchasing cars. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. We wasted time & energy coming to this dealership last night. I will be filing a formal complaint against well auto with the better business bureau for making me run my credit even though I wasn't going to use them for financing. This is a very unprofessional company that do not know what they are doing. Trust me, go to a real dealership that knows how to work with all banks, credit unions, etc. if I could give a 0 star I would. That's how bad the service was. read more

Came in to look at a car it was $4000 overpriced what it was online... they said online prices are too get customers in and get the cars gone faster... not complaining about the price but beware to not get sold a lemon, I came to Well auto to check out a car that I had been looking at... low mileage, very nice car it was a Mercedes 2008, When I got there they turned the car on for me so I can test drive... was already iffy because the car took a while to start, so I turned it off and checked all the oils fluids make sure there were no leaks... all was good until I went to turn the car back on and it didn't crank, haven't even test driven the car yet and it doesn't turn on anymore... pretty sure the car is a lemon they had carfax for it and everything but still be aware they tried to have me wait so they can pass current to the battery and I told them I was fine that I wasn't interested in the car than one of the sales guys try's to get my number for me to come look at the car another day read more
