I tend to bring my foodie group here regularly and while they are a picky bunch, I have not heard any complaints about the food here. The prices are still very reasonable and the service friendly.

At the end of it we were overall satisfied with our food and were paying when the lady took the paying machine from my husband insisting he tipped %15. He was tipping a custom amount to make the amount even but she said it was usual for people to leave %15. He asked if it was obligation to select the %15 option or if he could put the custom amount he wanted and she said he could put whatever but people usually put %15.. My husband then paid no mind to it because she was just confused probably thinking he was going to pay less than %15 percent. She then grabbed the machine and his card and said "No. Don't. It doesn't matter," had him pay, and stormed back into the kitchen saying "Next time i will put it in there myself." There wont be a next time, at least not from us. A local, family run place, the vibe is very Latino. The food was absolutely amazing and there was a TON of it. Our server informed us the food is all cooked to order, so it could take awhile, but it honestly came out as quick as any other restaurant. The service was excellent and we had a wonderful birthday dinner as a family. Our only complaint was the temperature. Either the restaurant doesn't have air conditioning or it wasn't working, so as you can imagine in July, it was quite warm. They must have forgot about me. The table next to me got it though. It came out warm, and tasted ok. I am not sure if it is a Honduran thing, but the banana slices were very dry and bland. The rice and refried beans were ok, nothing special. The steak though. was hot fire. It was very delicious and had lots of flavor. So, my meal as a whole was ok. It was edible, but I would not come back for that meal. I like venturing out and trying new things and this was definitely the spot to do that.
