But since the menu has both languages, we were able to come ot an agreement. For starters you get some white bread and some sort of green sauce to dip it in. Love that green sauce whatever it may be. The portion sare quite large and most dishes are starch heavy. Potatoes & Rice, or pasta & potato and so on. While there are no Guinea Pigs on this menu (thank goodness), you can find things such as beef heart or octopus and mussels. I had #37 I believe it's called Camarones Ajilos, but don't quote me on that. It came with Shrimp in a delicate sauce, fries, white rice and a little salad all on one plate. All of it delicious. I was there with part of my dining group of course and while everyone ordered a different dish, I heard no complaints at all.

This was definitely a situation that every dish that came out I kept thinking Oh I want that one! Especially some of the fried rice dishes as they were huge portions. I did totally enjoy mine though! Picante De Mariscos- Shrimp, octopus, squid, mussels, cooked with Peruvian spices. Served with a side of rice. Delicious! I'd love to try some of the ceviche's next visit.

They brought peanuts and two salsas, one green and one pinkish. Both very delicious. We got tostones, which were phenomenal. We got lomo saltado, I got it with beans and my friend got fries. Trust me when I say the seasoning is perfect!! The steak was so tender and juicy, the beans were very flavorful and obviously made from scratch, and the fries were perfectly done. Truly a wonderful experience. I can't wait to go back!

We ordered papa huancaina, tostones, lomo saltado, and caldo de gallina. The papa needed a touch of salt but I added the green spicy ahi and wow! It tasted so delicious! The limo saltado was on point and loved that they kept the fries on the side so they don't get soggy. The tostones weren't the best. They should've been mashed thinner and seasoned after the second fry or served with a dipping sauce which we did ask for. The soup was perfect for my tummy since I wasn't doing so well. I was restored!! They didn't seem very busy since as patrons came in some were done and had a good flow. I loved the music playing on the large screen; it really makes you feel as if you're in Peru. The restroom was ok the tile floors can be cleaned better.

Naturally, I pulled up the Yelp app to search for something open nearby for recommendations. Turns out Delicia is one of my friend's boyfriend's favorite restaurant in Broad Ripple. They both frequent the restaurants in that area as they live in the neighborhood so that's definitely saying something and I can see why based on the vibe and atmosphere! We were only there for drinks (which were amazing) and they were definitely worth making another trip for. I ordered the "Pulparindo" which is slightly spicy tamarind vodka, fresh mango puree, raw sugar simple, lime juice and a yummy tajin rim. I would have had more of it wasn't last call when we placed our order. Another popular choice was the "FIRE 'N' Ice" made with el charro jalapeño infused reposado tequila, hibiscus I basil I habanero reduction, tres chiles infused ice ball. Beautiful presentation with all the drinks. Our waitress was great and attentive. I also really liked how I felt instantly in a better mood in that space and I will be going back again for dinner soon.

The service was quick and staff were friendly. We LOVED the queso and Johnny Cakes for appetizers. Everyone's meal was delicious and well portioned. The ingredients feel fresh and intentional with every dish. Overall, I wouldn't consider this restaurant a "must try" but a very solid option! If you're in town and looking for a more upscale experience with a Caribbean/Spanish cuisine then I would recommend this spot.

She's sometimes a picky eater, but she dug in to the two plates that we ordered and went back for seconds and thirds. The menu is complex (to me) with the mix of South and Central American bowls, sandwiches and burritos. We ordered two bowls to share (the bows are enormous)! The Venezuelan Chicken Bowl is a favorite of ours with the fried plantains. The chicken is tender with a ton of flavor, and not overly spicy. You just can't find these flavors anywhere else. The Mexican Bowl was also delicious with the fresh pico and avocado. The kidney beans taste amazingly fresh. The beef is delicious. We took home plenty of leftovers. The service is friendly and food comes out hot and quickly. The small dining room is upscale fast food and there is a patio with tables. I highly recommend a visit. I'm hooked!

My first visit on December 2020 and second visit in June 2021. This was my first try for Venezuelan food. I ordered the Peruvian Arepas (grilled shrimp, avocado and pink sauce). It was so delicious and flavorful that I ordered the same thing on my second visit. LOL! Additionally, I also ordered plantains with cheese and plain plantains. It was ok. It wasn't sweet like I had expected. It was a little dry as well. I still ate them. Upon my second visit, I ate my food outside as the day was warm, sunny and perfect! Overall I had a great experience. The employees were nice and friendly.
