Absolutely loved this place. First thing I noticed is the cute decor even from the outdoor where it had flowers that were inviting. The indoor has this cute, light, boho, kpop vibe to it. Yum, delicious drinks and entrees! We especially enjoyed their tofu rice plate and purple haze. We placed an order online and it was ready and accurate upon arrival. Their prices are reasonable. If you buy a gift card from say the Chapel Hill location, you can only use it at that particular location and you can't redeem it at Cary and Raleigh. I stopped by last Friday afternoon to celebrate the Lunar New Year with their limited Bling Bling drink and walked away with a few more drinks than intended! Who needs sleep when you have tea, right? The store was decorated for the New Year and I could tell that they were busy with walk-in and to-go orders but they were still so kind and took the time to speak to every customer and wish them a happy new year. I hear that their food/snacks are great too although I haven't tried them for myself yet. I love their authentic Taiwanese take on their menu items and after reading a little about Lulu and Julia (the business owners) on their website, I'm definitely going to become a new regular here! My favorite drink is their Double Dirty Tiger which is brown sugar boba with milk, double espresso shots and cream cheesecap. I could drink one of these every day of my life, I'm not kidding. Delightful and delicious. As a long time bubble tea lover, few things bring me as much joy as trying a new bubble tea spot...and let me tell you Cha House did not disappoint. I came here for a private event with Offline but spoke to other guests and I can see why this is a go to spot. I got the Thai Milk Cap tea and my sister got the Taro, both with the bubbles bc cmon now, how can you not? Solid flavor and even with half the sugar serving it was still delicious and sweet. I also loved the fact that they have Oat milk as a non-dairy option, as a lactose intolerant dairy lover I appreciate options for days I decide to behave. They even have reusable cups that get you a discount on drinks if you decided to become a regular guest it could be worth the investment. The blue macarons with sprinkles had a berry filling that was a wonderful surprise but the other wasn't anything to write home about, I don't think it decided what it wanted to be. I feel like it's marketed as bubble tea, so that should be default. This is one of the most gorgeous places in Cary! The decor is so open, airy, and welcoming. Cha house Cary is the newest addition to the long growing list of boba shops in the triangle and you will not hear me complaining! What makes Cha house stand out is the variety of snacks they offer in addition to the delicious boba teas. I got myself a Tiger sugar (which doesn't have tea, but has brown sugar boba and milk). They had a special with a strawberry syrup. My husband got the Thai cheese cap boba and I liked his Thai tea a little more than mine. I found mine very tasty, but a little too sweet for my liking. The texture of the boba is by the best I have tasted in the triangle. The indoor as well as the outdoor space is gorgeous and makes it for a perfect place to work or catch up with a friend over bubble tea and snacks. The staff here are so friendly. I'm so glad there are more bubble tea joints opening up in Cary! I've loved Cha House in Chapel Hill and in Raleigh, so I was thrilled to see one opening up near Trader Joe's. Mango green tea with crystal boba: 5 stars. Would definitely order again. Did half sweet and little ice, and it was well balanced and could really taste the tea flavor. The crystal boba has a nice firm, crunchy, chewiness to it that I enjoy better than regular boba. Jasmine green milk tea with boba: 3 stars. I ordered the milk tea but they originally made it without milk. I went back to let them know and they quickly made a new one for me which I appreciate. Unfortunately the milk overwhelms the tea flavor and the boba was too soft and not chewy enough. I think I'm going to lean towards ordering just boba tea without milk from here and until the bobas get firmer, I'll get the crystal boba or some jellies instead. The decor is also super cute and they have some outdoor seating as well which is nice for COVID season. I can't wait to see them work out some soft/grand opening kinks and really take off! Their taro is the best in the triangle. I've had boba all over the states and in Southeast Asia so I have good foundation lol. Try the taro with cheesecap and it won't disappoint. For the food items I tried their fried chicken, chicken and waffle, tofu, and pancake with kimchi. The only good thing is the chicken items. The pancake lacked flavor and the tofu would have been better with if it was firmer and had more flavor, it was pretty basic. Other than that I definitely recommend this place and will be returning for more taiwanese popcorn chicken and taro. Cha House is by far one of the best boba tea shops in the area. Their quality is beyond what you can get for the same price elsewhere. As of late, I've been a taro fan. I went with the taro milk tea and it was just right. The sugar level was perfect and the boba pearls were cooked to perfection. Altogether, it was an amazing concoction. My friend recommended Cha House because she's had it at other locations so I decided to give it a shot. The interior is pretty modern and the menu is easy to read. I've never had matcha before and always wanted to try it. Taro is one of my go to bubble teas so it was only suitable to go for the matcha taro combo with jellies. The taro was sweet like vanilla and matcha was an earthy balance. My one improvement is I wish they had more topping options like other bubble tea places (popping boba or rainbow jelly).
