I enjoyed the spring rolls and my wife liked her chicken and steak with white rice. I didn't enjoy my dinner as it was bland. This place is located near US1 and Ten Ten Road in a small strip mall. No one was there when I came for dinner, but there were people leaving with take out. The young lady at the register was polite and friendly. They have both sushi and various plates. I tried the california roll and the shrimp hibachi. The california roll did not taste fresh, but was still good. I would not order sushi from here again. The hibachi was very good, nice size shrimp, lots of good rice and tons of veggies which included onions, zucchini, and carrots. It came with a nice clear soup and salad. The soup was good, but the salad was very plain and the dressing was very thin and lacked the usual ginger flavor. I recently had delivery from JJ Cafe. My teriyaki shrimp with a side of dumplings was ready quickly and was well-packed. The dumplings were good! The filling was well-seasoned and the dumplings were nicely browned. The teriyaki was okay, but it certainly didn't look like the picture on their website. The shrimp were very small, and the vegetables were bland (although the zucchini was good!). There were a lot of choices on their menu. I was in the area and decided to try Kylin Asian Cuisine. I always get Hunan Chicken the first time I try a Chinese restaurant. I always get an egg roll as well. They didn't have egg rolls, but I DID get the spring rolls with sweet sauce. This time I decided to try some hot and sour soup as well. The Hunan Chicken was VERY tender, tasty and the sauce was nice and spicy. The veggies were perfectly cooked. They also use REAL hot sauce; not the red stuff in the packet. The hot sauce sent it over the top with good spicy flavor. The spring rolls were flakey and light and had great flavor. The hot and sour soup was delicious as well. My order was ready before the time they said to pick up and the girls at the counter were pleasant and wished a happy rest of my day. I wanted a simple dinner since I was away from home so tried the beef donburi which is very similar to teriyaki beef over steamed rice, with a sunny side up egg which gives a rich flavor to the beef rice. Also had the chance to try their braised ground pork, lu low fan, which also had some pieces of braised pork belly, tender and sweet, garnished with broccoli flower and some pickled radish. The storefront says "FUJI EXPRESS" not JJ Cafe. So, if you're lost look for Fuji Express as of yesterday, November 26, 2019. I give a higher rating than I probably would if I just rated the item I consumed, because the lady behind the counter was just so sweet and can tell is hard worker. The kitchen wasn't staffed well for the start, but I still left it's a nice mom and pop store that I hope will continue. I had the Atsui Steak and gyoza. The gyoza were fried perfectly, and it's exactly what I expected. The Atsui is a sauce that has a stronger heat to it, which there was a good presence of in the dish. I did find the dish to be a little too sweet, but tasty. Also, the food items for dinner is quite expensive for what it is. I would see it as a deal though for lunch time. So, pick your time of the day wisely. I appreciate the lady behind the counter for her trying her best in an apologetic manner when her cash register went wrong and couldn't take credit card at the moment. I've been exploring places near my new job and this popped up and I went for lunch. The lady at the front who took my order was very kind. Ordered to go steak hibachi and was pleasantly surprised! It doesn't look like the hibachi I am normally used to but the flavor is all there and it's good for a quick fix. The veggies are perfectly cooked and tasted fresh.
