After 3 tries, a gentleman picked up but said he could not help and someone would call me back later that day (Tuesday). No one did. Bowie, the store manager just called me 2 days later. She refused to give me a refund because I was the first call she has had about a bad experience. She said if I was really sick, then I should've gone to the hospital.
