Our lovely waitress spoke so highly of their signature Pho that we simply had to try it. When the bowls arrived, they were an absolute triumph! The water tasted good, which is very rare for restaurants these days! Of course they served it in old plastic cups, though. They include the tax when 'recommending' a tip amount (of 20, 22 or 25%!) - um, that's a bit sketchy, guys.... So is not having the prices on the menu - it came to over $50 for two dishes and one drink.

During my visit to this restaurant, the only experience I had was with a rude waiter. Hence, it's difficult to evaluate the quality of the restaurant when the staff is not polite to its customers. Although the food was satisfactory, we felt rushed, and our simple requests like refilling drinks and sauces were denied. When we asked for it, the waiter replied, "We're closed ma'am," but the restaurant was still open when we arrived.
