He failed my vehicle and charged me $50, because i had an after market K&N air filter .. He told me that the filter did not belong in my car and that it was an after market part. I showed him the CARB paper work to prove him otherwise and tell him it was CA compliance. He just told me that if I did not agree with him to call a Ref. Second time here and I love it. Fast and friendly! My husband also chooses this place every year for his smog test.

I had a coupon which I found in the penny saver catalog that said 29.97 smog check plus 8.25 for certificate, and 10.00 extra for evap test. While the coupon was extremely misleading I called the facility and the owner then quoted me $61.00 which is way out of line with any other test only station in town. The gentleman who answered the phone was very rude, short tempered, and then hung up on me! You could find a better price, and better service anywhere else, just drive down CV BLVD. For a newer company in town, this place sure has customer service skills to learn. EDIT My bad, i didn't read the fine print on the coupon. The deal i was asking for was totally unreasonable. read more

This was really fast even though there were 2 people ahead of me which is what I needed since I was going with a toddler. The waiting room is not toddler friendly but I didn't expect it to be so that was fine. I did call ahead and they said they are first come first served but it was only like 10-15 min. read more
