Snacks around $7.50 and bento box meals are usually around or under $15. It wasn't too busy and there were no lines around $10:45 am/11am on weekdays. Cashier is helpful. Order at either of the two kiosks at front counter. Kiosk displays were much larger than expected for a tiny place, but very easy to read. Good setup. Got my order of the M1 Golden Mango Pomelo Smoothie (very good portion size value) and two snacks to go: Fried Fish Sticks and Veggie Eggrolls. Not bad at all. Quick service. Simple and satisfying. Inviting, cute decorations, inside only two tables and a bench for seating but great for to go orders. Staff was friendly and smiling and helpful and cheerful. The Oreo milkshake is taste kind of water down the mango drink is very icy. The calamari taste not fresh and smells kind of fishy. The fries were really good. The popcorn chicken could use a little more flavor, but that could be my fault because they did have seizing in the front. I just didn't put any on. You have to order everything from the kiosk and buy card only they don't really have anybody to assist you because they're really busy. The place is pretty small really nice but it can get crowded pretty quick. I also wanted to mention that I ordered a chicken and waffle bento box recently and received 2 eggo waffles, the kind you just stick in a little toaster and a few chicken tenders which i'm sure were also just thrown in a little oven out of the freezer alongside the eggos. A Yelp Elite friend and I visited Chachago for their Yelp Elite Event for a free drink of our choice. I ordered the Thai Tea, which had the Chachago symbol next to it, indicating it is a signature and popular drink. The ordering system is a digital screen interface, which we didn't get to use because we were ordering a complimentary drink. We simply told the barista the code for the drink we wanted and they made it for us quickly. We asked if we could specify our sugar/ice preferences and we did -- they do those in 25% increments, which is pretty typical. Staff was perfectly friendly and communication was good. The size of the drink is good for the price. The drink was good, not fantastic, but it is also something I don't tend to order at boba shops. If I were to go back, I'd try my typical Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea and see how that stacks up against my favorite boba shops. The store itself is small, with a table or two standing room only, so best for grab and go. Since its location is central to Fremont and the Hub, it would be an easy stop when running errands. It sounds like they have an online interface for ordering which would make such a drive by stop an easy thing to do on the go. read more
