Came here on a weekday around 3pm. Wasn't too busy which was good because I think there were only 2 staff members at the time. They have a pretty big menu and you can either order from a kiosk or at the cashiers. I've ordered delivery from here too and their boba seems to be consistent and it's pretty good. I haven't found anything extremely special yet but once again, they do have a big menu to choose from so I might've not come across it yet. The only bad thing was that when I went in, there were several tables that haven't been bussed yet. It seemed like there were only 2 out of 10 tables clean. I'm not gonna lie, I love R&B tea as a franchise. Their drinks and food are always enough to die for. But this place feels a little more inauthentic than the rest. 100% the portions at other R&Bs are doubled to the point that there is always food to take home. Over here, its very small. I couldn't believe how little Pate was offered with my plate. For a Vietnamese spot, that was very disappointing. Some spots will even have a steak that you need a knife to cut. And this place had the same price but half as much sauce(butter & meat juices) and was laced with veggies to clean up the lack of everything. I had to eat this with one roll and the bread was so soft that it became soggy after trying to put ingredients in it. Or it would fall apart when I simply tried to dip the bread in the sauce. I don't know what could be different but this bread was alot whiter than what I'm used to. The boba though.... I saved it for post meal and from the first sip. It's amazing! It single handedly saved the review. I'd offer a half star if I could. I gotta give it a 2 star because I came starving and left starving. But I spent as much as 25$ for this photo. This location keeps changing. It used to be i-Tea which was very popular. The inside layout did not change, but they did update their wallpaper with R & B tea logo. You can order your drinks using their tablet or in-person counter. With the tablet, you don't get the stamp card. Also, remember to check in using the Yelp app to get a discount on your drink. Ordered two drinks: 1. ) Lychee green milk tea with boba - It had an artificial lychee taste. I didn't like it. No tea flavor in the drink either. Also, I thought there would be lychee bits, but no.
