In fact, one of the first signs that you'll come across is a quote by Tiger Woods. "Some of my happiest memories are of spending time with my Pops on the golf course having putting contests." Awww! I came with my fam and for the adults it's $30 a person and for kids it's $20 for all day putting. It includes your golf club rental and a ball. You can also have the option of opting out of the cost if you just want to watch and in my case, I was just going help my kiddo and observe. We wanted to have lunch first and the food is actually pretty good! I actually got the burger in a wrap which made it feel healthier yet still savory & delicious! There is also a shaded playground, foosball and ping pong tables. There are 2 mini golf courses to choose from, black (easier and flatter) and red (harder and hillier with obstacles). It's designed like a classic putting course without the cutest obstacles. So for younger kids, they may not find it as engaging unless they are really into putting. You can also order drinks and food while on the course and it'll be delivered right to you. Overall, it was a fun experience!

Latest trip was for my son and friends to celebrate his birthday and it was pretty cool to watch them hit after sunset towards Talking Stick with the changing billboard message on showing on the hotel. The Summer pass is definitely worth it for them as it gives them some options and mixes up the days for them to enjoy. Basic pass is $180 and includes 5 others to join, and for another $20 you can add the feature to make reservations online. It pays for itself after 2 or 3 times, and it breaks up the days for the Teenagers and adults.

We were greeted by our serving staff who were extremely attentive to our party and our needs. They were busy, but didn't make us feel like we were bothering them whenever we needed something. The opportunity to hit a few golf balls and enjoy the ambiance in the background was awesome. We spent a few hours there to be able to do this and it was the perfect amount of time. The restaurant was clean and had few people in it as it was a Monday. Our catering was the fajitas and they were delicious. They definitely had a kick to them, which I enjoyed. I ordered a margarita - which was a little watered down, but I also feel like I'm to blame because I didn't drink it fast enough. Overall a really good venue for a company event or just a night out with your friends!

We were visiting from husband's brother and his wife in Scottsdale for a week. They live in the…read moreracket club community which has ties to this beautiful golf course in Scottsdale. They have discounted tee times on Mondays if you're a part of the racket club community. Luckily my brother in law and I got a tee time with group and an amazing time. They don't have a driving range. They have a hitting net. You can hit your own balls there. They have a nice putting green. The course is surrounded by some houses. I wouldn't say they come in play on most of the holes. A couple of holes for sure if you're a long hitter. Layout is gorgeous. I would rate it a medium difficulty level course for 15 handicap like me. Not too many trouble areas for my swing. Fairways and greens were maintained very well. I got my own clubs from DC. They do have rentals as well. I am definitely looking forward to coming back here next year and hopefully play two rounds here.

Drink selection was good, and when she was out of something we wanted, she had it restocked on her next round!! How's that for customer service? Excellent experience at TPC. It was fun to play the iconic 16th on the stadium course (even though the bleachers were not there). Pace of play was good and the pro shops are really nice - whatever you're looking for, they have it. Put it on your bucket list.

There was no charge to borrow a couple of clubs from the pro shop, and the lady at the counter was patient while we looked through our options. We didn't buy any drinks, but they sell alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks for reasonable prices, especially during happy hour. The driving range is pretty basic, but it gets the job done. People of all ages and skill levels hang out and the vibe is pretty mellow. There may be nicer driving ranges in town, but Coronado is inexpensive, centrally located and a chill place to practice your swing.

The price of the range as well as the course cannot be beat; you won't break the bank and you get a wonderful course for your money. This place still has that old time feel that golf clubs of old once had and it's obvious when you see patrons hanging out before and after their tee times to shoot the breeze and enjoy life. The owner is around a lot and takes care of the place himself; he takes pride in this place and for good reason. I love this course for the feel, quality, price, and the location; Coronado is a fantastic, come see for yourself!

The people in the pro shop were friendly at check-in but things went downhill from there. The carts were super basic, not even having bluetooth audio. I normally wouldn't care but we paid ~$125 for green fees alone so I'd expect a better cart that what you get at a cheap municipal course. The cart girl wasn't very friendly and the drinks were almost double the price compared to PGA level courses I've played on Maui, etc. We had some novice golfers in our group and I'll admit we were a little slow, yet picking up balls when necessary and not causing a traffic jam. The marshal was extremely antagonistic when he approached us around the 7th hole saying something like "speed it up and don't make me force you to skip the next hole." A simple warning or heads up would've been better. Once we finished the cart return guys rushed us, grabbing my partners rental clubs before I could confirm that none of my personal clubs had inadvertently been placed in the rental bag. They seemed annoyed when I asked them to give me a few moments to check. Just bad customer service all around. I'm still giving this course 3 stars because the course itself was pretty solid and well maintained. However, you have much better options in Scottsdale unless you really want to play a par 3.
