When the mechanic looked he said he wouldn't advise using the 12 ply and suggested getting 14 ply. They didn't have them in stock. I was warmly welcomed to the store when I arrived and the service advisor tried hard to find the specific tires that I ordered. Couldn't find them. Thankfully, he had alternatives in stock and he honored the original price. A few minutes later, I headed across the street for a breakfast bite while the team worked away. A text message that the car was ready and I returned. All set and the work was complete. When you include the road hazard cover, the disposal fee, the this-that-and-the-other fee and such, it's not cheap. But they were thorough, friendly and I am confident in the new tires on my daughter's SUV. At least now if she hits another curb, the tires will be replaceable at this or any other Discount Tire. I took it to another place where they told me I needed brand new front/back rotors and brake pads. All they did was slap on crappy brake pads on my back brakes and call it a day. Complete scams and tries to take advantage of people (especially women) and take their money. I got these new back brake pads about 6 months ago, there's no way that I would need new ones if it was done correctly and had quality products. Never coming back. Do not trust these people!
