They agree they owe it. Two weeks ago I gave them my checking account information. AGAIN. Today I was told someone shredded it by accident?!?! Dr. Tseng and Annie were lovely to me when I went there. However, their new manager, Jennifer is not. She informed me that she has only been there only three weeks, was on overload, and wasn't there last year when this occurred. Of course, that doesn't mean the debt is absolved. I didn't understand her thinking about that..it makes no sense. Then, I suggested I come in. She said you can come in all you want but no one can help you. What? Then why take my information if no one can help me? I would hope in this same situation, I would be solicitous, understanding and apologetic. All of which Jennifer was not. Put a call into Annie.. still waiting.

In my personal experience, the hygienist's attitude flipped out of nowhere. Instead of maintaining the same kindness she began with, she started mock what I would say and ask condescending question . Not just once over and over. I couldn't believe I was sitting in a professional medical setting being spoken to that way. It was uncomfortable, humiliating, and honestly baffling. I was literally stuck in the chair while someone who is supposed to be a healthcare professional acted like I was a joke. By the end, I walked out feeling worse than when I walked in. A dental office should make patients feel safe, respected, and cared for not embarrassed. During my appointment I felt all of those things. In my opinion, the behavior I experienced was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning, and I'd strongly suggest anyone who values basic courtesy think twice before booking an appointment here. ABSOULUTLEY UNBELIEVABLE!!

Dr. Solomons took the time to perform a thorough exam, diagnose the underlying issue(s) clearly, and thoroughly explain the options available to address the issue(s). Dr. Solomons and his staff appears to be very professional and well informed. The practice has examination rooms, surgery rooms, and offer orthodontic services. I believe that all practical options to address my problem were clearly and understandably presented, along with the advantages and possible shortcomings of those solutions. Going forward, I have faith that this practice cares about their patients and Dr. Solomons has demonstrated knowledge and experience that probably could have prevented the issues I'm now experiencing. I booked Gerfen a few years ago for a root canal and filling dentist appointment. The filling was done without leaving a gap by the tooth next to it, so the next day I had to come and ask her to fix it. She didn't warn or tell me about any of this after the actual appointment, but she just said, "Okay, I'll fix it." I was in shock, and I think her assistant was too at the time by her complete ignorance. Today, seven years later, I just got back from an oral surgeon who extracted the same tooth that Grefen did the root canal on. The surgeon told me that it was done so poorly, he thought it was done by a student. I had to spend all this money and time on something that should not have been an issue in the first place. Don't trust this woman. She ruined my teeth, and I hope this review provides future viewers with caution before they book their next appointment.
