Honestly if I can give a -5 star I would, not only are these people crabby but they cancel my dads appointments way too often and btw his dentures came out like a kindergartener made them.....blindfolded. Oh and the "manager" he's just not easy to deal with he should probably step down and let someone else actually solve these problems. Very very disappointed in them. We won't return. read more

Do yourself a favor and don't use Hilltop Dental!! I was a patient here and ended up paying a TON of money for root canals/capping/crowning on teeth just to end up needing the same teeth EXTRACTED a few weeks or months later!! It's a scam! I asked the Dr myself why she did a root canal/crown on a tooth which I was back to have extracted bc it broken apart totally within 3 weeks, she told me the tooth had "limited viability" when she did root canal and that's why it broke and needed to be pulled out less than a month later. Cost for root canal/capping and crown = $1000+, Extraction = $200-$300. I was 100% ripped off and have since gone to another dentist in Danbury who has seen many former patients of Hilltop Dental who all have shoddy dental work and literally had the same experience I did!! Go in and have xrays done, told you need several THOUSAND dollars in costly root canals and end up losing teeth anyway less than a year later...often times less than a MONTH!!! Additionally, the staff is rude, totally unprofessional and can barely speak English! I had my mouth sliced open by one of their assistants who despite me repeatedly telling her she was hurting me...continued to ram the X-ray holder thing in my mouth. When I told her she cut me and I was bleeding she handed me a tissue and left the room saying nothing. Told the other assistant guy who spoke better English and he told me "Yeah...is sharp". Really?!? So you know you're using an implement which is admittedly sharp and do nothing to prevent your patients from being cut?! How many people have been cut and I pray that thing is autoclaved constantly!!! Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!...unless of course you like having to ur wallet drained for needless services and shoddy work... if you like that then this is your place! read more

Absolutely great experience from beginning to end. Girls at the front are so pleasant and make you feel welcome. Doctors are great / great personalities / skilled. Office is ran great / no to much waiting and everyone is attentive. All around great. read more

Good dental cleaning, my experience with having a tooth pulled was horrible I went home and three days later was still spitting out pieces of tooth from my gum I don't recommend this dental office go somewhere else with a more professional and care about the pain they put you in. read more

Abandon their patients. I was under treatment at this place. The practice was apparently sold to a new group of dentists (previously called Glenn Hill Dental). The other staff is same. They didnot bother to inform the patients about this change. I tried scheduling appointments on phone and they would tell me to that they will call back. After 1 month I decided to visit physically. Still the delayed it. I ended up changing dentists. Both the receptionists here are condescending and cold. After going to a new dentist, I had a few other observations. The dentist over here did not bother to discuss the treatment plan with me. The bedside manner was poor. They were always in a hurry. The location is very depressing and smelly as well. I went to this office because of extreme pain on the upper left side of my mouth. I went to two appointments. The dentist said I had a small cavity on my molar that's causing the pain. The said that they needed to do a root canal. I am no dentists so I went along with it. They did the root canal and it went horribly! That's another story. L * The dentist told me that from the X-Rays, they did a unnecessary root canal on my back molar and ruined the shape of the tooth and my bite! My lymnodes are swollen with infection from the tooth to Long Ridge last week and they said NOTHING about this! They wanted to perform another root canal! The tooth they did the first root canal isn't even capped yet! Since October 2015! *The insurance company is reporting Long Ridge dental to the State Board Of Health as am I. * Avoid this place like the plague! They offer nothing but pain, hassle and lies..... read more

I'm not a patient anymore and they still do not cease to amaze me. my family and I have been going here since they were glen hill dental, and i do not understand how such unprofessional behavior is allowed. My wife had an appointment about month ago and the dentist drilled a hole in the tooth she was supposedly working on and subsequently "forgot" to fill it. When my wife told the manager whom brought it to the attention of the doctor (I think her name is Dr. Sar or Sara) she claimed she hadn't seen it and that an old doctor must have done it. They hounded us for quite sometime afterwards to bring our kids in because they needed cleaning and after speaking to the manager, she tried to assure me nothing like this had ever happened and that she would make sure it never would again. She changed our doctor so we agreed to try it again, while waiting 45 minutes to be seen I realized why they were so behind, the "doctor" kept coming out of the room to ask how much other patients had paid and why they had been given discounts we should have left then but we had waited so long I figured I wouldn't judge finally we get into the room and two seconds later the receptionist is screaming/cursing out the manager, no idea what it was about but how the manager didnt fire her on the spot I still don't understand. If your going to go there just watch yourself because it seems like your nothing more than a paycheck to the doctor and it was clear that the majority of the staff should be working at Walmart and not in a dental office. read more

They get 2 stars because of the awesome front desk staff. They're the only good thing about this place... So besides the fact that they have a poster in the office "rate us on Yelp for a free gift".. Nothing but bad experiences.. Went first for a few fillings.. Come to find out I needed 4 root canals. & that's when I realized I must be in the most unprofessional, uncommunicative dentist office on the east coast. I told her (Indian women) that my previous dentist told me that one of the teeth that she said needed a root canal, couldn't be saved.. Had to be pulled out. But she insisted a root canal was best ($$$). So we set up an appointment to do the first 2 root canals (the one my previous dentist said couldn't be fixed and the one right next to it).. During the root canal, she said my tooth kept braking and it couldn't be fixed (duh). So she began to do the other one.. Didn't realize at this point my tooth was pretty much a snake tooth cuz most of it chipped off while she tried to do the root canal on it.. I did t find out until hours later that she just left it like that.. Without communicating what was next or offering to extract it then and there.. And it was the tooth next to the K-9.. Looked worse chipped than to not have the tooth there at all.. THEN come to find out.. That cuz the other tooth chipped that my insurance was not going to cover the crown!!! Seriously.. You couldn't have told me that BEFORE you started the other root canal.. (If u don't put a crown on a root canal within a certain amount of time, it'll eventually break..) So instead of giving me the option to leave it for awhile longer, (wasn't causing pain) so I could gather the money up to get it all done at one shot.. She informs me I need to get the money together as quick as possible so that one wouldn't break too.. r u serious?!? So now I'm in a race against time to save up for a crown before my other tooth breaks.. Then I go to get my wisdom teeth removed.. After the doctor was done (I wasn't put under) he just left.. Without giving me any advice, luckily when I told the front desk girl she got me a sheet and went over it with me when I told her that he did not.. THEN.. I go in for another root canal.. They didnt finish because they didn't have the correct supplies (seriously..). I told them I was going on vacation for a few weeks.. They told me to just have it finished when I got back.. NOT WARNING me that I could be in severe pain in the mean time.. Which I was, had to do an emergency extraction on vacation because I have never been in such pain. Avoid this damn place, they just care about how they can get the most money out of you.. Giving you only the most expensive option and not laying out other choices. They don't care. I was a new patient to this practice over a month now, I think the front desk girls are professional and great with patients. The office manager that went over my treatment was amazing and explained everything to me in detail and made my treatment easy to understand, her name is jessica. i remember because she wore a name tag and introduced herself. after several visits with my dentist Dr. Sarah..who by the way is very kind, i started to get really turned off coming here because they have this one assistant (dark skinned one) not sure what her name is...but from my visits and sitting in room waiting for doctor she is always on her phone or yelling out someones name when I'm being seen. very unprofessional. i feel bad for the doctor becasue i can tell she is annoyed by this girl. who's the idiot that hasnt fired her yet?? if you do go here, request another assistant!! read more

I used to go to another dental facility (which I choose to not name but they're located around the same area) and this place is a huge step up from that place. I love their friendly and professional staff. This is very close to my home and very convenient for me to go to! I'm only putting 4 stars because I know there's always still room for improvement. read more
