Hidden in a shopping center, but packed with people inside enjoying their drinks- so you know it's a great spot. I ordered the Swiss Cocoa with Oreo and boba through the kiosk- it only took about 5 min to make. This was a super chocolatey and sweet drink which is exactly what I was looking for. The boba was hot, soft, and chewy. Parking- parking lot shared with other businesses

Have to advise there are no public restrooms here! But has great wifi, a few plugs to charge your devices. When we had the power outage due to the crazy fires and needed wifi and charge my computer this spot came in handy for the day!

Awesome to have real tea and boba place in Thousand Oaks! Chakaa makes their teas legit, not with powder. And the boba texture is more on the firm side, which I enjoy. They have milk substitutes: oat and almond milk. The service is a little slow but not unreasonable. Don't forget to check in on Yelp for 10% off and get a stamp card!

Love going to this place especially after having some spicy meals at the next door (Dong Ting Spring). Their tea selections are pretty interesting including something with cheese in it. Service is always fast and efficient . Next time will try their food items.

Alert to all parents who can't say no the their kids. This store is equipped with dangerously cute plushies. You probably will walk out with more toys then drinks in your hand. Cheezo Uji Matcha, highly recommended by the staff, and maybe a lot of people love it. However, I keep forgetting so this is a note to myself, order something else because cheezo uji matcha is definitely not for me. I love the sounds of cheezo but it just doesn't taste good for me. Stick with brown sugar boba or anything else beside that one.

Stopped by for a quick drink right when they opened. I was intrigued by the mango Yakult and got it with 75% sweetness and popping boba. I really like how it has a thicker consistency and tastes like real mango. Probably my favorite bubble tea ever. Service was fast and the prices were good too.

I got a Very Strawberry Cheezo w/ 25% sugar & boba. I was definitely expecting more of the strawberry flavor to be honest, but my drink felt a bit water/iced down. As a result, my drink was mild in taste. The cheezo cream would've been better if the strawberry flavor was more prominent. The boba texture was a nice chew, but it didn't have the sweet taste I am used to with my boba, therefore it was less enjoyable for me. However, I would still give their other drinks a try or try a different topping.

We came right when they opened so there were plenty of open tables. Make sure you order in person instead of through the kiosk if you use their Yelp check in discount. I got the osmathus oolong milk tea with 25% sweetness. The tea flavor was there, but it didn't feel like a good match with milk. It also wasn't an oolong I was familiar with. Or maybe it still wasn't strong enough for my taste. The popcorn chicken came out fresh and hot. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks and food to come out. Service was great. I would maybe try a different drink next time.

I have been here once before and today I was craving boba so I decoded to come back again and realize that I never left you. This place is amazing. I had their brown sugar tea with Boba and it was amazing. Service was pretty quick. It was ready within a few minutes after ordering. I came for the second time in three days -- this time I got the Fresh Orange Boom with boba and it was so refreshing and good! The boba was high quality and freshly made, the texture and flavor was as good as some of the places I've been to in LA. I am so happy to have this option in Thousand Oaks. read more

Really good boba place. The boba was soft and chewy, just the right sweetness and I love that you can choose your choice of milk and adjust the sweetness levels for the drinks. The uji matcha cheezo was fantastic! You can really taste the matcha which is sometimes hard to come by. Delicious drinks, great boba and quality ingredients. However, the service is lacking a lot. The workers are not friendly at all: don't greet you or engage when taking orders. This makes the environment very uninviting. Also, boba has been out on multiple occasions which means an extra 20-30 minute wait. read more

This boba spot is awesome! Every time I have been, it has been clean, bright, and quiet. Their menu has all the classics along with more unique flavors that I've never seen anywhere else (the tiramisu one is rly good if you like coffee ) They also have dairy free options and you can adjust your sweetness level as well. 5/5 read more

I love it! Recently there have been lots of new boba places popping up but this one is one of y new favorites! It's so cute and it has a loft on top! It's the perfect place to do your homework, they even have Wi-Fi! The boba itself is amazing! It's super good and there are lots of different options and even different milk options! best boba i've ever had by far. their menu has so many great options and their drinks are phenomenal even on their own. i've been coming here for 2+ years and they've never gotten my order wrong until a few days ago when they forgot to put brûlée in my drink (it happens). i didn't notice it until i got home, but i came in two days later and explained to the worker at the counter what had happened (i wish i had asked his name, i think he may have been a manager?) and he was very kind and apologetic. he gave me a discount and remade the drink for me. i was only hoping for them to give me the brûlée for free since i had paid for it and didn't receive it, but i greatly appreciated the discount instead :) this has been the only time in 2+ years they've made a mistake with my drink and the way they resolved it was very nice and just shows how kind and understanding the staff is :) read more

Worst boba ever. They were the rudest employees and were so unhelpful. The girl complained when more customers walked in. When we went to ask for a replacement, the girl said "you again?" There was syrup at the bottom and it wouldn't mix. You were either drinking straight up milk or straight up syrup. Do not recommend at all. Terrible customer service and boba. read more

This boba was disgusting. Very unauthentic. Workers are flat out rude. Every worker is high school age and could care less about your satisfaction as a customer. I got the brown sugar boba and I swear they just dumped in maple syrup. It was by far the worst boba I've ever had. I asked for a replacement and the worker said they don't do replacements. Very upset with my experience and would not recommend . read more

Finally, there's an authentic boba place in NP! I ordered here thrice since they opened about a month ago. The service is fast and friendly. They have a variety of customizable boba tea drinks. My favorite so far is still the (ice) blended Thai tea with classic boba. There are still lots of blends that I haven't tried yet. I'll definitely be back to check out new selections. read more

This is the best boba tea in the valley! All of their drinks taste great, and you can tell they use good quality teas, fruits, boba and other ingredients. Nevertheless, the employees are friendly and take the time to make your drink perfect. I would recommend either the Superfruit tea or Ceylon Tiramisu tea! read more

Really good! Boba is consistently soft and good, as is my tea. Only thing I'd want is for the alternative milks they use to be be better quality. I've tried all three, oat, cashew, and almond and the variety they use is pretty watery. Chobani oat milk (plain or extra creamy) is really phenomenal for having a closer consistency to real milk so the boba feels like milk tea and not like regular tea with a tiny splash of milk. Also that oat milk isn't always sold out. read more

I come here weekly, sometimes more often. The service is always phenomenal. Very disappointed with the experience today. Took 31 minutes to get 2 drinks (you can see when you ordered on the receipt). Only 2 employees in the building on a Friday night at peak hour (6pm) and it appeared one of them was brand new. There were 3 parties that ordered ahead of us and we still got our drinks before the ones who ordered first. They must've been waiting 40 minutes or more. Two employees running both front and back of house, one regularly heading to the back to take care of food orders leaving the trainee struggling and constantly checking recipes. 2 stars because this is incredibly out of the ordinary.
