So I tell him to look closer, he does and then tells me it will cost almost $1000.00 to fix this leak that he didn't even think was there. I told him I will have to pass even though I still have to pay them $135 just for showing up and giving me this outrageous estimate. Frustrating experience! The repair was only completed successfully on the second visit, which is when payment should reasonably apply. The problem has since been resolved with no further issues, confirming that the first visit was not a completed job, something also acknowledged by the dispatcher. Despite repeated outreach, no one ever explained this or provided details of what was done on that second visit; I only received another invoice. After being ignored for months, I ultimately paid the second bill under threat of collections, not because the situation was ever clarified. The owner's follow-up came only after I posted this review, and even then, my questions about billing and communication were not addressed. I've been a customer for over five years and have always paid promptly once a repair was completed. My only request was transparency. It's disappointing that instead of acknowledging that, the company continues to deflect responsibility rather than address the lack of communication and customer care that led to this situation. I'm not looking to escalate this any further; I simply wanted the company to understand how this came across from a long-time customer's perspective. They fixed it fast and charged me UNDER $270!! On a Friday evvening at 7 pm. when tech arrived. That's amazing. He also figured out how to unclog the downstairs sink which drained slow. No one else could figure it out cause it's copper pipes that are an odd configuration. Another time he sold me an air conditioner for about $9,000 less than others would have charged. He said it was an older model he had. It works fantastic as the house is older. Perfect match. I'm not saying they're perfect. But I've dealt with other plumbing companies who tried to charge me $10,000 for a problem they fixed for $300. HONEST is freaking hard to find.

He inspected the wiring to the disposal and removed it. Showed me the issue and said the charge was 241.00 which did not include a replacement. Do I pay that and then go buy a disposal and hire someone else to install it or just have them complete the job. I had a 1/3 HP and he did not have it on the truck. Had to go get one. He brought back a 1/4 HP and told me the bigger one would cost approximately 300 more. It came out to over 600.00 when it was all said and done. I use to have a home appliance warranty policy for years and there was an issue every time I used them which was seldom so I cancelled them. Goes to say I don't have a lot of experience hiring for these issues but obviously they have figured out how to make money by limiting your options. All I can say is beware of these companies and the way they handle their service charges. I will not recommend this company to anyone unless they have extra money to throw away.

The technician they sent was polite, which is the only reason this gets two stars, but he definitely did not seem experienced. He appeared unsure in his explanations which didn't inspire confidence. He recommended cleaning out the main sewer line as the "least expensive" option and said he used a camera, but he never showed me anything. The inspection was extremely quick, and he came back saying there was "good news" and no clog. I'm not even sure anything was actually done. I was charged $300 for this. After that, he said it would cost $700 or more to remove both toilets and auger them--something he couldn't even do that day and would require rescheduling. This made the visit a complete waste of time. I would not have scheduled the appointment if I had known it would need to be rescheduled anyway. It makes no sense why he didn't remove the toilet and auger first before doing a main sewer clean-out, especially since I wasn't having overflows anywhere else in the house. After he left, I called another plumber who told me the clog was most likely in the toilet itself and that cleaning the main sewer line was unnecessary and likely done just to charge more. I ended up plunging the toilet myself, and after several tries, it unclogged and the problem was completely resolved. If I could fix it myself, why couldn't the plumber do that in the first place? Very disappointing experience and not worth the money or time.
