I showed the nail tech an example and chose a brown cat-eye color, but I ended up with an ugly, dusty rose light pink instead. She only applied one coat of the cat-eye gel, so I'm not sure if that's why the brown never showed up. She also wasn't drying my nails properly, which is why my pinky nail is messed up in the photo. I even asked her if the color was brown, and she said yes. The whole appointment felt rushed, and the quality really wasn't great. The best part..... I was charged $85 for this. Update from response from owner: when I had brought up the nails not being fully dried nail tech said they were and when nail color was brought up I was told it was a brown.

I relaxed through the massage and pampering, nearly falling asleep from the sheer comfort of the treatment. Literally, every. single. time I come here I have the worst experience, one after the other. Tonight; here I am attempting to get a mani pedi (and note I am only here because I am exhausted from work and I just want to relax and get my nails done & this place is .2 mi from my house) and I have been sitting in my chair for 25 minutes now. They didn't even turn on the water for me. No one came by and said, "hey it'll just be a few more minutes" (and also know that I scheduled an appt, so this is with a scheduled appt) - I mean, I really don't know where the issue lies with this place, if they are just badly managed, or if they just don't know what they are doing.. but it's ridiculous. - so someone just came by and turned on the water for me, it's 6:57, my appt was 6:15. So for the past 37 mins I have been just sitting here - I also want to note that I am just getting a clear coat because both of the last times I came here my polish started peeling off within the first 2 days. back when I used to have acrylics, I would come here because a friend of mine told me that they did nice sets, the first set I got broke within 3 days, so then I was like, okay maybe I got them too long, so I went back and cut them down and 2 nails fell off within a week. AND IT WAS MY FIRST SET, not even a fill. I mean - I don't know what else to say about this place other than that it's a waste of time & money. Do better for yourself. Nail & Spa in Vista is the place to be, Nini is the best I have come across so far but Vincent also does amazing sets if you have acrylics! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I will definitely not be coming back again & will be sharing with my friends for sure. read more

Also offered the minor a ride home and he gave her his cellphone number! Apparently she is not the only girl it's happened to! Lani the owner was trying to keep it a secret and trying to make a deal not to say anything she is refusing to refund the money to young girl she said the problem was not her nails if nothing was wrong with nails then she can't get her money back the problem was what was said to her! this is so upsetting and disturbing! I'm just going to start off by saying that everyone that walks into this place is greeted & treated so kind. Every employee is sweet. Loni try's her best to take care of everyone. I have gotten my nails done with Kenny, Green & Tony and they've never disappointed me. I've gone to so many nail salons that people recommend & since the day I walked into this one about two years ago I've never left. The prices are affordable too!
