So many red flags I will not be coming back First thing I noticed as soon as I got seated was a staff member sitting around napping on duty instead of cleaning or keeping herself busy Seems like they invest in Decoration for every holiday but not for new towels ? I saw a Halloween candy bowl , valentine balloons stuck to the ceiling, Christmas flowers and 4th of July decorations all at the same time ?? Burgundy Towels that had holes and nail polish stains Kenny did my nails, I asked for short french tip ... he didn't have me wash my hands after filing, he immediately started placing clear coat and they had bumps from the residue of the acrylic .The French tip design looks ancient like early 2000s , not what I asked for. I will insert a picture of what I wanted vs what I got for reference This was my final straw They don't do what you ask for . The lady who did my pedi (without me asking) began adding acrylic over my toe nail because the left side of my toe nail was broken but she left a huge blop of acrylic and it was dark pink ! When I asked her to add to the right side she said NO disregarded me and continued doing how she wanted .It turned out very uneven , one toe nail looks rounded at the edges and on my other foot it's uneven ! Didn't disinfectant or scrub the pedicure spa tub not even a rinse afterwards, just removed the plastic and replaced it with a new one while I was still waiting for my full set nails to be done . Very unsanitary! And if you pay attention to their pedicure carts you will notice how they don't clean their pedicure tools they have them laying flat on a towel unsterile , they even placed paper / cardboard around the pedicure carts to hide inside ! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK !!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.... I came in the other day & had requested to get their luxury pedicure. Tracey was the nail tech who serviced me & I wasn't satisfied with the service. While she was cutting my cuticles she had a tool that was going deep into my skin and I moved a bit because it hurt. When Tracey got done with the service I noticed my right foot the big toe had blood along the side of the nail. Now I have a bump near my toenail; it's red, swollen & has pus. It hurts when I walk and I'm in a lot of pain. I contacted the salon and requested to speak with the owner & the lady on the phone mentioned she was the manager. I recently visited this salon as a walk-in client and wanted to share my experience. While I was initially greeted by a staff member who confirmed that walk-ins were accepted, I encountered several issues during my appointment that I feel need to be addressed. After being seated I requested acyclic set. They tried to sell me a pedicure service but I decline since I recently got them done. The technician look at down to see my toes to which I showed this was unnecessary. The lady quickly added and cut the nails I was asked to wait for approximately 10 minutes while the technician attended to another service for a male client's pedicure. Later, I was assigned to a different nail technician, who seemed to be dividing their attention between multiple clients. This caused my nails to be rushed, and I did not feel that the quality of service met the standards I expected. Unfortunately, the results were subpar, and the nails do not reflect the level of care and attention that I was hoping for. I've attached a picture of my nails for reference, so you can assess the quality of the work for yourself. While I understand that busy times can sometimes lead to a faster pace, I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that future clients will have a more focused experience. read more

Wow, I called and asked if they did Gel x nails. The woman on the phone was quick to say yes you come now ? I asked her what the price was for a soak off and a new set of nails. I went in and the man I'm doing my nails had no idea what I was asking. He just did whatever he wanted to when I realize he wasn't doing what I wanted. I let him know that this is not what gel ex nails are. They all tried to tell me that this is what it was five minutes later a come out of the back with a box that contains somewhat of the gel x Nails. I don't think they had used this kit yet because they didn't know what they were doing. I wanted square nails, and they did not have tips that were square. He wanted to shape cut and shape them. I did not want that cause it didn't look like the shape I wanted. I ended up just getting a gel nail polish definitely will not be returning to the salon. I had worn acrylics for 35 years and I wanted to get a change. I also did not care for The man doing my nails because he went outside and smoked and came back in without washing his hands and just stunk I'm very disappointed that I spent $96 on a gel, pedicure and gel nails with soak off. read more

In doing so, scratched polish off of the nail and left it as it was ok. Not only is this location right by my house making it super convenient but Tony has always been amazing and always gets my nails just how I want them. I've gotten stilettos at many other locations and he has always done them better than I've ever had them before. I get wild colors and designs but he always makes it work and they come out bea. Don't waste your money here. I came religiously because this place is so convenient to my house in San Marcos, but it's not worth it. They over book, lie about appointments, it's a stressful environment, and there's cockroaches roaming. The customer service is just awful, they just yell across the room at each other, peaceful. My gel nails peel off within days, the pedi water is cold. After waiting a minimum of 25 minutes with an appointment, they rush through your mani/ pedi and give you a less than a half assed job. I wish I was over exaggerating. The last experience I had with them was so horrendous that I promised myself I would never recommend anyone to go here or come back. After my gel nails chipped and 2 peeled off in less than 2 days, right before my vacation, I came back in hopes they would redo all of my nails because 5 were ruined. Instead they gave me a hard time about coming back and fixed 2 nails. The other 3 got filed down and a new top coat.... sweet. They look uneven now. Then I was greeted warmly by the biggest cockroach on my feet. My gel nails peeled off 4 days later on my vacation. My daughter came home upset with her mani pedi. She was quoted one price and charged another when it came time to pay. She is a student and works hard for her money. She tried to explain and they were rude to her and argued making the situation even worse. She paid the higher amount, still tipped and left unhappy. When she got home I called the salon because she was so upset. They were hard to communicate with and I couldn't understand them I couldn't get any satisfaction . Bottom line beware you will get overcharged and then hounded for a tip. In addition, the job they did was subpar and not worth $70 that they charged her. My daughter said that she felt like they were talking poorly about her and the customers in the salon laughing and snickering in a foreign language. Very unsettling. My daughter and I came in this morning. It was my second time coming in. The salon is clean and everyone is really friendly. I tried Tony for the first time and he did an amazing job on my acrylic nails:) I got a pedicure and the lady was very nice. I didn't like that she started painting my toes one color, the nail polish was old so she got a similar one but never took off the old color, just painted over it. My left and right feet are different colors. I asked her to take it off my right foot and she said it would be the same color when she was done. They look different. Really poor service on my nails. Got a gel manicure and I had mentioned that she didn't color my entire nail and she proceeded to say she still had to file them down and that she wasn't finished. She filed my hands and ripped and cut my skin. After I had already mentioned it to her nothing changed some of my nails aren't even completely colored. Only had one stack of colors to choose from, and when I asked for more colors to view he said that is it. Very limited colors to choose from. 2. He was trying to charge $5 per regular gel color with no designs. 3. Used old towels with other people's cuticles on them to wipe my hands. 4. My finished nails were bumpy. 5. I had two fingers bleed around the cuticle area because he was using the buffers on my skin not on the nails. Needless to say, please look at the pictures. I tried explaining this to them. I had made an appointment for 4:30 pm and am still waiting to be served 45 mins later. i mentioned this to them and they simply just said sorry. I asked if anything they can do, discount, anything? nothing. can I speak to a manager? They said no, there is no manager. Can they call the manager? "No, we can't." I am concerned-- if there's no manager, is there fraud or something else going on here? Are these women working there safe? Really didn't get a good feeling at this place. These women that work there don't even feel at liberty to call their manager when there's an issue. What are they afraid of? Bottom line I won't be coming back.
