I do NOT recommend this salon. SHIT communication, SHIT pricing for the quality received, and basically a scam. I come in for walk in soak off's and full sets every couple months when my regular nail tech is fully booked. I came in July 1st, to get the same set I always get and was charged the extra long nail fee and the extra shape fee which I never have been charged before. I understand raising prices but I was never informed that it would be extra, therefore didn't give me the option to choose something within the base price. With so many options to pay I chose to do Zelle as it was easiest especially since I wanted to leave a "cash" tip. It showed as sent through my bank (I even showed them the confirmation) but it was taking a long time to show up on their end. They said they couldn't let me leave without paying so I then paid with card (no tip was gonna come back another day with cash.) They stated they'd "send back" my Zelle if it went through and of course it did, so the next day I called and they said they had to wait for the manager to do a refund. I called again after my work day and they told me they refunded the card and not Zelle which took days to come back so extremely inconvenient with how much it was. Not to mention, I'm sure they noticed one had a tip and the other didn't and did it on purpose. The WORST part is on July 13, only 12 days later (not even two weeks) I have one nail about to come off and others starting to slowly lift. As someone who gets their nails done every 3-4 weeks, these look like a 3 week grow out already. read more

We found GoBahli coincidentally earlier this year, looking for a last minute salon to fit us girls in for a late pedicure after dinner on a holiday weekend. They fit four pedicures in with 30 minutes to spare. It was the most perfect and polished pedicure I've ever gotten. My nails were shaped perfectly. They were gentle with cuticles and callouses. Prices are a bit higher than other salons, but I'm willing to pay for excellent service! I can only speak to regular Polish manicures and pedicures as I do not do gel or acrylic for my nail health. The person doing my manicure (Justin) did my nail square without asking me and I mentioned that the corners were sharp and I want them round but didn't make a difference because he didn't understand me. I really wish I had read the reviews before coming here. I walked in without an appointment and asked for a full acrylic set and a gel pedicure. They were able to take me, so I sat down for the pedicure first -- and that's where everything went downhill. The gentleman doing my pedicure was extremely rough. He used a cuticle scraper on the sides of my toes, and I must have had a small ingrown nail (I'm prone to them, but had zero pain beforehand). He scraped so hard that I actually screamed "OW!" and pulled my foot back. I told him, "Oh, I must have another ingrown," and he replied, "I'll get it for you." Hesitantly, I put my foot back down -- and he went in even harder. I pulled away again and said, "Nope, let's just leave it." While he moved on to my other toes, he was still so rough that the same toe started bleeding. The rest of the pedicure wasn't any better -- harsh callus removal, an uncomfortable "massage," nothing relaxing at all. To make matters worse, the pedicure chair kept malfunctioning. Every time they turned on the jet tub or the massage function, it would pop the breaker, shutting everything off. They reset it multiple times, but it continued to happen throughout the service. Between the pain and the constant chair outages, it was one of the least relaxing pedicures I've ever had. Meanwhile, nobody had started my full set. Another woman walked in asking for the same services (pedicure + full set), also without an appointment... and they took her ahead of me for both. When my acrylics finally started, the tech cut two of my cuticles. I asked for my nails to be short short because I have a baby -- he barely trimmed anything. When I asked for shorter, I got an eye roll like I was inconveniencing him. Back to the pedicure tech -- he kept poking at the sore toe and actually said, "I just want to cut it more." At that point, I think the look on my face said everything because he finally walked away. Customer service across the board was awful. An older man came in asking about a manicure for his wife, who was waiting in the car in a wheelchair. The staff went back and forth talking to each other in front of him for what felt like minutes, then finally said "10 minutes" in such a rude tone that even he looked confused. I left with a toe that's now painful and sore... And the price? A full acrylic gel set + deluxe gel pedicure -- NO designs -- was $136. Absolutely not worth it. One of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. I will not be returning. read more

There are two people here that I really like to do manicures and pedicures one is Deegan and I never caught the name of the lady that does pedicures they always do an amazing job and are super sweet my nails can be sensitive sometimes and if I get someone else that is hurting me I'm too shy to say anything and they will stick up for me and tell them. This is a great place to go if you like to get talked about or made fun of while they provide your services. Got the #2 pedicure and the guy doing it just seemed to be new at his job. Cut my toes and did not provide the extra massage you're paying for. I asked for a soak off of my nails about 3x and when the guy was getting started he was about to use a nail tip to rip them off! Luckily I stopped him on time. The shaping and application of nails isn't the best, but with time the guy can get better. My biggest issue with this location is the fact that all of the tools they used were dirty, used, and or long due for replacement. The nail file alone was bent in half from usage, WHITE when it should have been an orange/red color. And every tool they used came out of a dirty box labeled soiled. Not even 24 hours later, all of them gems have fallen off the nails. I caught the whole transaction on my meta glasses and included translate to upload on my TikTok. Do not recommend this place to anyone until they learn California State Board regulations. read more

Absolutely do not recommend. A couple major red flags: 1) They are obviously disappointed if you choose regular polish vs gel 2) manicurist cut me with the cuticle clippers. 3) unsanitary: When I asked for alcohol to clean my bleeding cuticle, she used the tube from inside the alcohol spray bottle to dab the cut and then stuck it back into the bottle. This is how diseases spread... 4) pedicurist cut me as well. 5) unsanitary: pedicurist was looking for a brush to clean up the nail polish that he got on my skin. He literally went into the box labeled "soiled" (i.e. used tools from me and others) to pick out the brush and use on my nails. I'm scared of getting an infection now. This place was recommended by one of my neighbors. I wanted to take my mom out for a "mother and son" date. Scheduling an appointment over the phone was no problem- they were able to take us on the same day, whew! Entering the salon for the first time was like "woh". GoBahli Nails has a very open floor plan with beautiful decorations. My mom sat on a massage chair WHILE she was getting serviced! I thought that was pretty nifty. The restrooms are beautiful and they have a WIDE selection of colors to chose from for a mani and pedi. They really "nailed" the color choices! The people who provided my mom a mani and pedi were really nice and gentle with her. My mom is pretty sensitive to touch and not once did she flinch or complain. It took around an hour and a half for everything. Just make sure to have some cash on you for tips. I went in with clear instructions for what I wanted, but they completely ignored my request. Truly disappointed in the service I received today. It was my first time there and I won't ever go back. I just received a fresh full set of nails from a separate salon a few days ago, so my nails are still in perfect condition, I just wanted a color change and figured I'd stop here out of convenience for it being so close to work. It took the nail tech an entire hour to file down the previous color and put a new color on, for a service that typically takes 15-20 minutes at most. It was probably the most un-welcoming and poor customer service I have ever experienced at a nail salon. Then when I am finally leaving to pay, they charged me $40 for a simple color change! I walked into this nail salon for an acrylic fill-in, a European pedicure, and waxing. I should have read the reviews before I stepped foot inside the door! Logan did my fill in (acrylic) he was so unprofessional! No greeting to me he was so involved with the game he was playing on his phone that he totally ignored what I was saying to him about the shape I wanted my nails to be. he would take these long pauses between filing my nails just to play his game at one point, he said to me, I'll be back and left me sitting in the chair for 10 minutes. I guess it was a very important part of the game that he couldn't miss! his work was very sloppy. He didn't even take off all of my gel nail polish. He just put my new color over it. He didn't take off where my nail was lifting as he was putting on the acrylic and filing that down I was left with bumps on my nails where it's supposed to be smooth I was extremely disappointed with his work! Lena did my pedicure, very nice but I don't think she had much experience. she didn't do a good job in removing the dead skin. Also, the nail polish that I wanted on my toes to match my hands was dried up so she put some acetone in the bottle which made the color of the polish much lighter than my fingernails. It was quite obvious that there was a difference in color. I also asked her to put designs on my toes to which she put the top coat on after I told her I wanted designs and she said to me, it's too late. I hate to make waves about not receiving the services that I'm paying for but after spending over $150.00 ( not including tip) I walked out of that salon very disappointed in their work! I also had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed by Holly She did a very quick job and I had to go home and pluck some more hairs out! I felt like I was in an assembly line nail salon. They didn't care about their Customers! they didn't aim to please! and Holly had the nerve to ask for a tip ( I was getting more money out of my pocket for her) after I handed her Logan and Lena's tip. So I'm from Arizona and was staying in a nearby hotel and just wanted to get my nails done and treat myself so I went here. Overall had a good vibe and quality of the work was good. However the jewels he put on were not top coated after they were applied and the very next day the shiny look from my nails was gone. I was disappointed to say the least. I was charged $52 for a set and add to $15 for an "extra shaping" and another $18 for the design. Plus tip. Ana is my go to for a pedicure. She gives the most amazing leg/foot massage. I might even slobber while it's happened. (Don't judge. Lol). Today, while getting pampered, a woman was paying, and went full Karen mode. All over $7. She claimed she didn't KNOW that getting extra add one would cost more. The staff here has always been very clear. This resulted in her asking for her tips back. Shame on her. I got charged 10 dollars for the gel removal; even though, I came here to get my nails done previously. (Other nail salons don't charge extra for this anyways.) I also got charged extra for the callous removal on my toe and at other salons callous removal is included in the basic gel pedicure. (Basic pedicure is 37.) My mom sister and I had a terrible experience here. We each got a full set and pedicures. We can agree that the pedicures were standard however when it came to our sets it all went down hill. My acrylic was laid over my cuticles, not shaped right- on top of that they use dirty drill bits and had cut and burned me and the guy kept looking at me as if it was my fault. My mom who want acrylic was given gel x nails and changed for the same labor as acrylic and then to top it off the paint job was just terrible. Let me just say do not get French tip here. Part of the problem is that they try to do everything all at once - you cannot relax or pay attention to what's being done to your nails.
