I absolutely love Champion Carpet Cleaning!! I used a big name company to clean my tile a few years ago and was so angry with their service, that I had to ask them to leave my house. When I called Champion they quoted me a price over the phone, which was just an estimate of course. When they arrived and did an absolutely amazing job in a 3rd of the time (with 3 less people than the other company) that the big name company did, they did not try to add on any extra services or sell me on products and they actually charged me a bit less than quoted because I had already removed all of my furniture. My floors were as beautiful as the day they were installed. I actually love Champion Carpet Cleaning so much that I now refer them to all of my Real Estate clients. Pros: the carpet cleaning was professional and clean Cons: he offered my wife a back rub after he cleaned the carpets. She declined and after a few more offers he seemingly got the hint and left. Sent offers via text like 20% off. Holiday sale..typical stuff. Then he sent my wife a dick pic... Ironically, this is not a crime...(Metro was very nice). I didn't have a problem with the actual carpet cleaning though it was overpriced. I did however have problems with his offering a massage, sending inappropriate photos and texts. I found Champion Carpet Cleaning through our neighborhood app and I'm so glad I reached out to Alfredo. With a family of 4 plus two dogs, we really needed our carpet and tile to be cleaned! Alfredo was very responsive and I liked that he kept me updated on my appointment time, his arrival time, etc. via text. Plus he has Saturday appointments so I didn't have to take off work. Owning a real estate company with property management you need an expert when it time to clean the property for either new renters, or selling a home. He communicated well through out from the time of my inquiry to completion of service. He communicates via text which is great since I'm a texter. I also wanted to add that he cleaned the tile under my fridge. I'm not sure if that was included in his service because I didn't ask him until he got there to clean that specific area.
