From the beginning Steven has provided us with not just customer service, but with heartfelt consideration and kindness. My husband and I purchased a total lemon of a house. One major issue was that we had a significant infestation of cockroaches, spiders and a large variety of ants. Being that we're recent transplants from the North, we aren't familiar with the types of pests that share our environment let alone how to deal with them. We scheduled an appointment with Steven on the recommendation of our Real Estate agent and he wowed us from day one. First of all Steven showed up in a timely manner to our appointment (which I appreciate immensely), he the did a walk through inspection explaining all the ways in which we as home owners can be empowered to help ourselves and help make the most out of our treatments. (This says a lot to me. Most people don't like to give recommendations or share knowledge because they have lack based fear and worry we will try to do it ourselves and they will lose money, but what they don't understand is that it builds a trusting relationship.) Not only did Steven take good care of us on day 1, but he came out 3 more times to support us through the process without charge. Again, this made us feel like he cares about us as people. He cares that he is doing a good through job and that we're doing out part as well. He spoke with us a number of times on the phone addressing issues and assuring us that sometimes cockroaches take a little time to treat and prevent. Now 3 months after move in I can proclaim we are roach free!!! Steven came out for our quarterly visit and was impressed to see how well we took his suggestions and found very few pests still active. Steven is our "Certified Bug Assassin!" He provided us with sanity and made our home feel more like ours and less like a roommate situation! Haha! I'd highly recommend Atlanta Outsourced to anyone! Keep in mind , I never ordered this service or promised to pay for their service . He went all the way around my house and continued to spray and I felt very violated . I am certain he felt like I was an African American homeowner , which is why he was trespassing on my property . I could not come to his home and just because he didn't answer , have the freedom to walk around his home . This was totally out of line and if it happens again I will be pressing charges against the company . As a homeowner , I have a right not to answer my door and he has a right to leave immediately if I don't . After he was illegally on my property , he stayed outside my home and in my driveway for another 20-25 mins this is totally unacceptable . I will be exploring my rights as a homeowner . That is essentially what happened here. The excuse provided. We disagree. The home's storm drains are a few feet from the front door....not looked at,not remarked at, totally forgotten in the inspection. And they just happened to be full to the brim. Very obvious if they were to be looked at. We found out at the first rain since closing. Chance to walk away from house: taken from us. Chance to make preparations to fix it before the first rain causes an emergency: not provided to us. Chance to ask for concessions: didn't get it. Literally the second biggest thing possible, missed. What are 150 pages of inconsequential, small issues when you miss something like this??? Scrambling to find a drain pro on the day of 1st big rain in a while...when everyone else is doing the same thing: great. Seeing our yard under water was great too. Having only one company even available to come by after calling close to 20,also great. Almost $3000 in emergency unclogging of storm drains,wonderful too. That's just the immediate cost. There's way more coming. And when you contact Lunspro for a chance to make this remotely fair they say: sign a release and we'll give you half your inspection fee back Consider my story before thinking they'll do a decent job with their eyes. If you get lucky, maybe. If you don't know any better, also maybe. This is the definition of a lackluster excuse for unprofessional conduct.

As none of the recommended repairs were properly explained and the inspection appeared unsatisfactory, I decided to contact Smart Solutions. After thoroughly checking out my basement, attic and the perimeter of my home, Jay with Smart Solutions indicated that I did not have roof rats and the proposed repairs were not needed. Smart Solutions took the time to clearly explain what I needed to do to keep rodents from entering my home in the future. It's not that often that you find people that are honest, helpful and have the expertise needed to address pest problems.
