The home's storm drains are a few feet from the front door....not looked at,not remarked at, totally forgotten in the inspection. And they just happened to be full to the brim. Very obvious if they were to be looked at. We found out at the first rain since closing. Chance to walk away from house: taken from us. Chance to make preparations to fix it before the first rain causes an emergency: not provided to us. Chance to ask for concessions: didn't get it. Literally the second biggest thing possible, missed. What are 150 pages of inconsequential, small issues when you miss something like this??? Scrambling to find a drain pro on the day of 1st big rain in a while...when everyone else is doing the same thing: great. Seeing our yard under water was great too. Having only one company even available to come by after calling close to 20,also great. Almost $3000 in emergency unclogging of storm drains,wonderful too. That's just the immediate cost. There's way more coming. And when you contact Lunspro for a chance to make this remotely fair they say: sign a release and we'll give you half your inspection fee back Consider my story before thinking they'll do a decent job with their eyes.
