So we were immediately assisted. Wide range of colors and friendly nail techs too! The work is beautiful & well worth your money. It's way cheaper to do your nails on Maui than Oahu. I especially loved the complementary drinks, alcoholic & virgin. 3 days after my first mani, I broke 2 nails! Went back there with my husband and he ended up getting a pedi while I got my nails fixed. The end result was gorgeous. Definitely a place to go when you're in Maui. Made an appt-but that really doesn't mean anything here because after I got my toes done they asked me to wait for someone else to come and do my hands...30 min later I'm STILL waiting for someone to start on me-and I'm getting impatient because I see them starting on other customers who came after me (who also are complaining that they had an appt at "so-and-so" time). I got their iced tea and it was very refreshing. Van made sure my nails were perfect, I swear he like tripled checked them to make sure there were no flaws. First time there. Had Linda as my technician. She kept reminding me how dry my feet were, then cut my toenails too short. She cut me twice with the cuticle cutter and told me my toes were too sensitive! It was OK, but I wouldn't recommend her. She was very rushed to get to the next customer. read more

I called to see if there was any availability for a mani/pedi which I was told there was so I headed over. When I got there I was asked to sit in a pedicure chair and sat there for 10 or so minutes, which is not a problem. However I sat in the chair with an empty foot tub (meaning no water) and I haven't experienced that. I noticed the woman next to me was offered a beverage (which I was not). The tech clipped too much from my cuticle which caused it to burn whenever she wiped my toe with alcohol or nail polish remover. She painted my toes and then removed the nail polish for whatever reason and repainted. By this time, I realized 4 people had come in after me and were leaving or had already left. I realized had been sitting in the chair for over 90 minutes. I told her I did not want the manicure anymore due to time. I sat for another 15 minutes to let the nail polish dry and got up to leave. The woman who cashed me out asked "you didn't want a manicure?" And I told her I had been there for almost 2 hours already and can't spend more time there. To top it off, the tech had painted such a thick layer of nail polish that it was still not dry and smudged after I left (which I'll just take as part of my responsibility since I wasn't as careful as usual). I've never been in a nail salon for almost 2 hours for a subpar pedicure. Will not be going back. read more

Since the state is slowly allowing businesses to reopen from the pandemic, the mister and I wanted to take care of our paws after months of neglect. We called to book an appointment and was gleefully happy that they had an opening immediately. We opted to go 30 minutes to allow for traffic and for them to prepare. Upon entry they asked for us to sign in and to Dani our hands prior to picking our color. Well for the little and I. We were immediately seated. They had the mister sit next to the little since their special keiki seat is at the end and I sat across. I noticed that as others arrived. They respected the social distancing rule and had everyone sit every other seat. As always, Linda was sweet and we conversed throughout the pedicure. Shared what we did during quarantine. I would glance occasionally at the little and she was getting pampered like a princess getting her feet and legs massaged and giggled when her legs were wrapped in the warm towels. Like really...I've taken her to other nail salons. This is the ONLY one that gives the little the same treatment like an adult. The mister and I opted for just the deluxe treatment. We could've splurged for either the Wailea or Chanel, but because we had the little, she'd be antsy waiting for our treatments to be completed. The deluxe is still a treat with an extra 10 minute of massage and an exfoliating, tingly scrub prior to the paraffin is so nice. Cuticles pushed back and trimmed, callouses removed, my legs and feet felt renewed and ready for a day out. Having Linda as the technician is a treat. She was very detailed and ensured that I was well taken cared of. The mister said he was so happy too. I giggled when they had to bring out the heavy duty callous remover for him. The little enjoyed her technician and said she was so pretty and nice. Ok....a happy mister and little = a happy me! Just remember we're still in a funky time. They do not offer drinks (or sundaes for the littles) at this time. They are practicing social distancing and occupancy rules. Be patient, be kind. Practice Aloha.... Not so hygenic or service oriented. This salon seems more like a social hour for the ladies working there... some of them were quite rude and abrasive. What really grossed me out is she was cleaning under my toenails and putting the dirt on top of my foot there was a towel or cotton she could of easily put it on. Brenda! Brenda! Brenda! I just came back from a Gel Manicure with Brenda at Chanel Nail Spa. First, the salon is lovely - large and airy and comfortable, and I could breath without feeling like my lungs were being chemicallly damaged like with some salons. So A+ for good air circulation. My previous gel manicure (at another salon) was a huge disaster, the top of my nails were drilled down too far and destroyed, and there was a lot of fixing to do, they needed microsurgery. Brenda looked at them and was like 'no problem, I can fix it'. She was able to remove the gel/ acrylic that the nail tech from the other place somehow gooped together in a mad science experiment. I had 2 badly broken nails that ripped the nail bed and I was afraid of infection, but Brenda was clean, gentle, and precise and it didn't hurt a bit when she removed the previous gel/acrylics even on a few very sore, destroyed nail beds. Her technique is flawless, she is gentle, confident, and actually cares about your comfort and what you want, the shape, the length - she 'nailed' it! read more

I've been here twice so I have two different experiences: The first time I came in with two friends and the three of us had appointments towards the end of the day. They were all very nice, offered me a drink, and let me sit in the massage chairs after I had my manicure was done, because my friends were still having their pedicures done. But the manicure wasn't the best, but the pricing is nice. Todayyy I went in as a walk in and they were nice as usual, and I waited 15 mins to be seen. I had a manicure done again, but was not offered anything to drink (my favorite part). Then because they were busy she rushed through doing my nails and they were bad like last time, but the massage part was good but that's only because the lady waiting to go next walked out, so she was able to slow down. Overall they're nice, the pricing is really reasonable, and the drinks are amazing when offered. But I wasn't impressed with the manicure, and if they're busy they'll rush your experience and try to fit in as many people as possible. I wish they'd just tell people if they're busy or an expected time wait. That way everyone on all ends are happy. read more
