I am so happy I found this place. Located in central maui behind Safeway (the old colours salon location). The staff is very friendly. The shop is always really clean. The massage chairs are great. I usually don't use the massage chairs in nail salons because they usually suck. Pricing for the various treatments are comparable to other salons around here. If you have a little girl, this is the only salon here that I've seen little princess chairs. If you are looking for a new nail place, go. Try it. read more

If I could I would put 0/5 stars. I put an appointment for noon and when we came in we got seated in a good timely fashion. I got a full set acrylic nails with gel polish. The gentleman doing my nails had put a nail tip on and when it came to shaping it it popped off... FIRST RED FLAG!! After we had finished my nails I had moved to get my pedicure. I get seated and it's all fine he's doing my toes but then it comes to painting my toes. When I tell you I was horrified with the end results. The same gentleman who did my nails did my toes as well and he painted half my pinky toe nail. And it wasn't that the nail was small; no it was a perfect decently sized and he clearly painted half of my toe nail. I paid for my stuff and left and did not tip. New to island ,First time visit , staff was very nice and welcoming. I did the wailea pedi , I think 57.$ . They do not use the liners in the foot bath I saw someone else was asking that question. Nice pedi no complaints other than they not only want cash only for tips they do not accept card tips at all. I asked them if I could be charged extra to pay my tip and was told no. I'm not one to carry a lot of cash and just moved here and changing banks did not have my debit card with me to get cash out of the atm that is behind the register. I did not use the atm so I don't know what the fee is to get cash. I understand the reason in wanting cash and have been to places that preferred cash but I have never been to place that wouldn't accept card at all so alittle off for me but now I know. read more

Chanel Nails and Spa is my new favorite place to get my nails done on Maui! My mom, sister, and myself came one weekend to get mani/pedis and it was absolutely fabulous! As soon as you've been seated, they offer you a complimentary drink like Thai coffee, mimosa, etc.... um, yes please! The salon itself is very clean and set up nicely. They offer a variety of different nail services and are not pushy about them AT ALL. The woman doing my pedicure was very polite and kept making sure that I was comfortable. All of the women who work there are very kind and fun to talk to. Our services were all completed in a timely manner, but not rushed. I usually love this place! The owners are amazing if you can get them, but this visit today really left me disappointed. I made an appointment for a mani pedi at 2pm. I understand it can get busy, but I had to wait till 2:30 to get started. I chose to only do a pedi at this time frame now... The guy cut me really bad on the corner skin of my toe where it wouldn't stop bleeding. After 5 min of it continually I was worried, then he continued to pick with the same tool . He said sorry but the bleeding was bad. The color was darker then the one I selected, but at this point I'm just over it and wanted to leave. I go to pay on my way out and she said $79. I said oh no I didn't do a mani pedi I just did a pedicure today! Well, that's how much they charged me for my bleeding pedicure. I was so shocked and confused why they didn't even consider, and like why it was so much more then my usual?? I paid and left disappointed and unhappy. read more

HIDDEN GEM! I landed in Maui before my friends, so I decided to walk two miles to get here (I don't suggest walking)... I came in hot and sweaty and gross, but the folks at Chanel immediately offered me a comfortable seat in an air conditioned space! They even offered me sweet ice tea, mimosa, Vietnamese coffee or water! WOW. They knocked me off my feet with their kindness, hospitality, and professionalism. Drinks aside, they used wonderful products for my pedicure that smelled so tropical! Linda was so careful and detailed. My friend got nails done by Donna and was equally impressed. Never found a place so welcoming! The owner even heard that I walked and offered me a ride back to the airport to meet my friends! This place has the aloha spirit through and through. I'm from the mainland and needed an emergency manicure to fix two of my nails that were cracked. This process makes my nails feel stronger, reinforced the cracks in my nails without having to cut the entire nail down to the crack, and they look completely ah-maz-ing! I made an appointment and wasn't helped for an entire hour, I was left with my feet in cold water, only to sog. This isn't the first time it has happened. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since I loved going there. But this seems to be the case for the last several times I went there. What is the point of making an appointment only to be left waiting while others arrived and helped right away. So disappointed with the work quality. I asked for a floral design and the guy said he could do the design. After several tries, he wasn't able to complete the design. I told him to add rhinestones instead. The rhinestones started falling off the next day! Then the color started to fade. It went from a light purple and now it's slowly turning clear.
