So the guy comes up all nice and says he'll switch us to the lane next to us and add our lost time when the other people are done. So we spent 15 minutes waiting before we got switched over, which keep in mind is already half of our game time, and finally got switched over, but when we did, it was like we were playing the whole time because it had only 13 minutes left. At first thought, I figured he would just start another 15 min game once the first ended and we'd go from there, but then our game ended and I went to go ask if he would start another round for us, and he said he already added more time. So I go back to sit down and expect another round to start, when I notice a party of like 10 come in and we waited for him to settle them down, thinking he would notice us waiting and be like "Oh maybe I'll start their round," but no, he puts that party in OUR lane and so I go up to ask the lady since he was busy on the phone, "Could you help us add more time?" I explained the situation to her and she said, "Lemme see what I can do." So me and my gf are sitting at the bar waiting and then he comes up to us very passive aggressively, INSISTING he added more time, and didn't even let me try explaining the situation to him. Word for word he said, "I 1000% added more time." Never going back again if that's how he's gonna act, Bowlero can have my money instead.

They tried convincing us to buying the combo again but we DID NOT WANT another pizza. So instead we had to go without. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The management is awful, and the lane maintenance is completely subpar. Between my son and I, we have had multiple bowling balls severely damaged by these lanes. One of my balls has suffered damage so extensive that it required a full resurface on four different occasions. Even worse, both of us have brought in brand-new balls, only to have them gouged and damaged on day one of hitting the lanes. Whenever an incident happens, they will address the immediate mechanical issue, but they completely neglect to maintain the lanes to prevent it from happening again. It has become such a frustrating cycle that I actually dropped out of my league. I refuse to pay their high prices just to risk destroying my equipment week after week. Through all of this, management has never once reached out to apologize or rectify the situation. I know it's become such a widespread issue that they recently started fixing ball damage in-house, but frankly, I'd much rather pay out of pocket to take my gear to my trusted pro shop so I know the repairs are done correctly. If you care about your bowling equipment, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

She is so sweet and hardworking and never complains.
