We reached out to B&C Diesel to do a completed health check on our son's diesel truck. During the health check, they stated that it needed a PCM. That process took about one month. After $700, we drove the truck home where it worked for "ONE" day. Disappointed, we reach back out to B&C Diesel to learn that they believed it was the PCM fixed and to get the truck back in for a fix. We towed the truck back to their shop, to have this PCM fixed. After another two weeks time, they called to advise that the truck was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, and much to my dismay, B&C Diesel stated there was a new charge of $400 to complete another health check (apparently B&C Diesel received an "F" on the first one), and demanded the $400 for "Shop Supplies" at $33.59, Hazardous Material Fees at $27.29, and Labor at $419.89 for a total of $480.77. The second trip has a notation on the invoice, "approved on 11/28/22 at 9:46 am". No work was approved. Their poor quality service, ineffective health check and deceitful behavior should be called out.

Many, many yrs ago, I had purchased a promotional discount card for this business from a marketing company. I had misplaced it. Upon finding it, I realized it had no expiration date. Before going to another shop, I called this shop and explained about the discount card. I asked if they would accept it and Peter told me yes. Upon arriving there, I confirmed a second time with a different staffer. They took hours to complete my two projects despite having an appt. Peter attempted to repair my tire himself causing further damage by inserting a screw thru the hole in tire! Then when it was time to pay, they refused to honor my discount card. Same business, same location, different owner from when I purchased the card years earlier. I will never take my car there again. They were not honorable.

Scheduled and a time to drop off my car, got there 10 minutes late they told me to re-schedule again to drop off my car. My fault and my initial impression was their seriousness with time. 2. Went there on time during my second time, dropped off the car and waited more than 30 minutes for them to get a rental car for me. It should me the lack of coordination. 3. they had 2 works to do: fix front and trunk. I had 2 estimates for that, sent ton them my my insurance. I went outside, showed everything to the worker, who marked down with a red marker everything that needed to be fixed. 4. Stayed with a rental for about 10 days and very excited to finally see all my car fixed. I had a rental truck because the rental place did not have another car available. 5. After 10 days, the lady from the office told me that I need to pick up my car literally before a specific time- she was very vocal on that. I went there to pick up my car and guess what??? 6. The trunk got fixed, but the front, who got all marked down did not get fixed. They never called me, send me a text, emailed me, nothing. went there to pick the car and I asked: "Why is not the front of my car fixed after having my car for 10 days?" Well, no apologies give, no excuses give, no conversation with the manager at any point, or any other type of explanation. The only thing I got from them was. ": Here is is your key!" I don't know if this is a choking situation. I even find hard to explain. Is this a bad business? I can't tell, BUT, will not recommend it. I will be vocal about not recommend it to anyone.
