The owner Steve was both parts hilarious and fair, and had the best possible workers advise and work with me. Steven, who was the manager who had helped me out also helped make the paperwork go very smoothly (thank goodness because I hate paperwork). He also took the time to detail my new vehicle as well as ensuring any problems or questions I had would be answered and fixed making sure I knew what they were going to do or what process they were on every step of the way. I loved the fact that they consulted me on everything because buying a car is such a big step and decision and with them making every little transition as smooth as possible you can't go wrong with this dealership. This place is more like a family run than a company run where they only care about your money and not your time or worriers. Thankful I chose to go here for one of the biggest decisions of my life.

Found a coupon for Timing Belt Replacement starting at $399.95, called to ask about it. Was told they were about 4 days behind, gave me an appointment about a week out. Was ok with that. Husband and I took off work to go to appt, found out it was at least 4 days for the actual work to get done. I was dropping off on a Friday and wouldn't get the car until Thursday is what I was told. They might have gotten it to me earlier if possible. Then was asked if we were aware of the pricing, we said we had a coupon for it to be $399.95 or so, knowing it would be a little more because that is normal. She told us it would be $1750. We asked why, was told it was a package deal and a serpentine belt and something else would be done also. They charge for each thing separately, including the labor hours, even though it is all done at one time. We asked if we could just do the coupon and they told us no, it was a package deal and it was a discount. Chris, Thank you for your response to the review. As you stated, when we were there you explained the price and why, not when the original appointment was made a week ago. Upfront pricing is always appreciated. We also did not ask for a serpentine belt or tensioner, we specifically requested to not have those. We did ask about the water pump, and did understand that would be an extra price. The vehicle sat for 7 months waiting on a transmission, and the replacement was defective. It has been back in the shop almost every month since, and Ford still cannot fix the issue. I've contacted the dealership management, including the GM, reached out to Ford Corporate multiple times. No one has taken the responsibility or provided a real solution. Instead of standing behind their certified vehicle, they told me to trade it in and take a loss. A "Certified" vehicle should not have ongoing, unresolved issues like this, and customers should not be ignored after repeated repair attempts. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

After cancelling the deal and walking away I have still yet to hear from them and cannot even get ahold of them to see what they did with the check my credit union sent them. This is borderline bat and switch tactics from a dealer. I would highly recommend staying as far away from this dealership and all of their shady tactics.
