Originally, some years back, had the Chappelle team out to move my Audi S4 to my repair shop a few miles out - they were very knowledgeable about the specifics of this AWD performance vehicle - properly pushing and lifting the car on to the trailer and properly securing it in a thoroughly expedient manner. At the destination they took proper care unloading in the precisely specified drop-off space and secured the keys within the keydrop. No worries, no headaches and very nice people. Unfortunate lockout very recently [Sep. 2021] - Cody contacted me and clarified my location and time to arrive. Called again on approach as a courtesy. He was completely affable, just a nice guy, while remaining efficient and professional. While he got me in within moments, he was knowledgeable and eager to offer assistance without gain in mind - a valuable asset for Chappelle. Last night I had locked up my car in a hurry to leave town. 100% my fault in my hurry I locked my keys inside my SUV and the keys were lodged in the back door jam. I called Chappelle's towing, it was a Saturday night, raining and I was guessing it might be a multiple hour wait for help. To my surprise and excitement, JEREMY showed up in just a few minutes and was so kind as my anxiety remained high. He was able to unlock my car door and was cautious to protect my weather stripping while doing so. Once he popped my lock; Then the keys were wedged in the back door. He was also so kind while he maneuvered them out of the door hinge. I will 100% recommend Chappelle's towing for a lockout and the other services they provide. Would give no stars if I could the owner is a brute that throws his weight around even to people who are obviously young naive and defenseless rude beyond anything I've ever experienced like worse than towing shows where the people deserve the conflict they get he got in my face and tried to start a fight unprofessional entitled male with all of the audacity and gall of a mediocre man so it fits don't bother trying to get your car back from them it starts at 500 dollars if your young and don't have a nice car it's not worth also they pick the locks on cars so I would check to make sure your stuff is in the car if you do decide to get it. We had a Chappelle's Towing truck parked in front of the entrance to our business parking lot, completely blocking any customers from entering. One of our employees politely asked the driver to move the truck back 5 feet so our customers could get to our lot. Instead of being understanding and moving the truck, he gave the employee a hard time for asking. When I (the manager) went out to politely ask the same thing, he immediately copped an attitude and called us homos, queers, & assholes. It was the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. I experienced a catastrophic engine failure on I-84 about 100 miles from home on the 4th of July. I can't say enough great words about David Rios, the driver from Chappelle's, who rescued me. His communication by phone to keep me updated on his arrival time was greatly appreciated. He greeted me with a cold bottle of water on this hot day and we had a delightful conversation on the hour-and-a-half drive back to Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver. My first experience was lousy granted I parked in an assigned spot so I'm to blame. I just recovered my stolen car from them today and they were amazing the office manager and owner worked with me. Maybe out of pity but I'll take it the ppl that stole my car took the battery with them after they dumped it. Chapelle's went above and beyond for us today!!! Our driver got the impossible job done! We needed a food cart moved. It was awkwardly parked and the driver handled the situation like a true professional! He aired a tire and got the cart on the bed no problem. When we arrived at our destination there were two curbs that needed to be jumped. Our driver handled the problem and had wood ready to make a ramp on the fly. He was a BOSS! Hell yes!!!
