I wanted a bowl of just the salsa. Our server, who clearly knew the menu inside and out, sold us on the smoked salmon, and we added a side of bacon mac and cheese along with the cornbread. We waited approximately 30 minutes just to be seated. While we were still waiting, two customers walked in and seated themselves. After we were finally seated, our server greeted us, but before taking care of us, one of those customers approached the bartender, Chris, to complain that they hadn't been served. Chris went back and got the server who was supposed to be taking care of my daughter and me, and instead of prioritizing the customers who had already been properly seated and waiting, she went and took care of them first. At that point, we decided to leave. It is absolutely unacceptable to wait that long, finally get seated, and then watch our server prioritize other customers over us. I've been coming here almost every weekend with my daughter, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I didn't even feel like I was wanted there, and the lack of customer service was enough for me to decide that I won't be returning anytime soon.
