The food tasted fine, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary while I was eating. However, less than an hour later, I started feeling extremely sick. The nausea hit first, followed by sweating, stomach pain, and repeated trips to the bathroom. I couldn't keep anything down for the rest of the night. I became so pale that my girlfriend was genuinely concerned, and I spent hours trying to recover. I didn't start feeling remotely normal again until around 4:30 or 5:00 the next morning. To be clear, I can't say with certainty what caused it, but I can say that this was my experience after eating the meal I purchased that evening. Given how severe the symptoms were and how quickly they came on, I felt it was important to share what happened. It genuinely pains me to leave a one-star review because this has been one of my go-to spots for years. I've had many positive experiences here, which makes this situation even more surprising.
