As a young woman, it is always intimidating to deal with car stuff/people. From the moment of buying my car; most of people tried to rip me off with insane amount and anytime when I had to go to get it checked or fixed, I really did not feel safe. Always I am trying to be skeptic and cautious when I deal with cars. Right before I discovered this place, I was insulted by these uneducated people from a different auto store called "Twins" with inappropriate comments and such "sweetheart" and "darling" etc. Most of people in this industry are not really professional and saying inappropriate things except dealerships per my experience so far. BUT the lady ( I am sorry for forgetting your name) greeted me like her family and explained me the reason for the price deal that they were offering. This place is owned by a family and they just started this business a couple of weeks ago. When I first brought my car, the owners were not present, so I went back the next day and they checked my car again and then we closed the deal. They are still in a growth phase; therefore, the advertisement still is on the way which makes hard to be discovered online. After the deal, I had to head over to the airport and one of the owner kindly gave me to the airport because I no longer had a car. I have to say regardless you like their deal or not, give it a shot. I liked their intention - they are kind and trying to build a trustable business in the area. Tips- If you want to sell your car right at the moment you are headed, try to target between 12-1pm or after 5~6pm because the owners have another daytime job and only can come stop by when they are on break or off work.

That trust was SORELY misplaced & I would NEVER patronize this dealership again. Upon delivery, 1 of the key fobs was declared missing at closing (not before). Assuring me that they'd get me a new fob within a few days, I took them at their word. They did NOT deliver on that promise. Further, although I did the usual cursory examination on the car, I did not crawl underneath to look for leaks-not that I'd be able to determine what any flaws were that were not obvious anyway. Hence, the basic amount of trust that comes from being a licensed car dealership. My car had catastrophic issues that started about 2-3 weeks afterward. I dumped thousands of dollars into the car to get it roadworthy over time. You assume a risk on a used car, yes. But my mechanic found 'band aid' fixes on several items on this car. My advice? Do not EVER patronize this place! You WILL regret it!

Had some initial discussion through their website and email with Jamall. Then I just walk in, told him what model and color I want, confirm the price and discount. Paid a $500 deposit, 6 month later I picked up my truck. Before I picked up, 80% of the work can be done through email exchanges. I think Sales prefer it that way too. I only had to be in the dealership for about 1 hour to pick up my truck, just to sign a lot paperwork and verify everything. Only down side is, Ford right now only offer 5.5% for 48month even with good credit unless you are buying something no one wants like a Mach-E . I can't comments on service/repair yet. The oil has been overdue for several months now. Don't want any further issues or any for that matter. Maria informed me that they are about two weeks out on getting appointments for an oil change. I had a schedule for two weeks out at 11 AM on a Friday. I parked my car when I arrived in a lot adjacent to the service area. The woman at the front desk told me to pull in the service garage. Guess they don't do that here. There is a cool Shelby for sale for $165k. It looks amazing. Iris waited on me at the first desk. $72 is quite reasonable for an oil change, tire rotation and break check. Takes about an hour and a half. At the lounge before 11AM. I am number 82, will call me on the monitor when I am done. They even sent me a text message in case I need to communicate back to the service department at all. They are closed at 1PM due to the Woodward dream cruise today. My car was done in less than 40 minutes. Not too bad. Service was good from beginning to end. Payment was easy as well at the cashier.

I recently purchased my second car here, after the first met it's demise in an accident (RIP to my Malibu...we had some fun together.). Looking for a new car out of necessity and not choice can be a stressful experience. But coming here made it smooth as possible. I hadn't stepped foot on the lot in 5 years but the moment I returned they recognized me not only by name but remembering what kind of car I bought from them previously. Impressive! :) The lot isn't huge, but the inventory is always rotating. I was able to find a few good options that fit what I was looking for. Ray and Eric gave me open and honest assessments of each vehicle and, despite what other reviews have said, the Car Fax report was readily available to see for each of them. I test drove a couple options, and finally settled on an Impala that was in great shape with low mileage. The car looked great but I mentioned aloud how I wished it had a spoiler to look a little more sporty. The guys took note of my comment and immediately offered to work with me to get a spoiler ordered and put on, so I could have just the car I wanted. Fast and easy! After that they were able to take care of all the paperwork and title transfer, all I had to do was come back and pick up the car. One of the best things offers an excellent warranty on all of their vehicles that covers all major (and a lot of minor) issues. It came to good use with my old car, when the transmission needed replacing and I didn't have to come out of pocket so much as a penny for it! The warranty is not something you often find with a used vehicle, and it's definitely nice to have that extra peace of mind. Thanks Certified Motors for turning an initially stressful situation into a smooth one. I always know I'm in good hands here.

I couldn't afford to buy another car now. My Ex in Detroit says come up here, I got a good mechanic for you that won't charge you like that. I drove 9.5hrs. to get it fixed. They opened promptly at 800am. Explained everything to me in detail and was done in a couple of hours!! And then fixed my front light housing that the kids dealership was going to charge $750 to replace. I didn't even have to replace it! You don't find good mechanics often, I did. Now my daughter and son are going to bring their vehicles here too. For approximately $450, they took wonderful care of me. I suggest you visit them!!!
