If I could give over 5 stars, I would. Ned and Cameron were fantastic about answering all of my…read morequestions, being totally upfront about what they were doing and the timeline of my situation, and working until the job got done. I would recommend Edgeworth Appliance to anyone who needs their appliances repaired or replaced. Detergent fell all over the front of my 2021 LG 3400 washing machine, which had otherwise been working fine. I found Edgewood through the LG service website, and Cameron at Edgewood was able to send Ned to me the same day to evaluate my machine. Initially Ned thought it could be repaired and he ordered the parts. A few days later when the parts came in and Ned installed them, It turned out that the detergent had done more damage than he thought and that it would be more cost-effective for me to go with a new machine. He didn't charge me for the parts, and instead priced out a replacement machine (I ended up going with the LG4000 since they had it in stock and it has a sanitize function and wasn't that much more expensive than the 3400) and told me that he would be able to install it for me the next day if I wanted. Ended up being the day after, but Ned kept in touch to make sure I was ok with the delay. Cameron also stopped by to help Ned carry the machines around since the staircase in my house is tricky. I like the new machine, and I am happy.

Easy scheduling, fair prices, nice tech. He leveled out stove, it is a gas stove and we couldn't…read moredo it ourselves.

I will NEVER EVER purchase an appliance from TRI-CITY Sales again! They are of NO USE if you have a…read moreproblem with your appliance after the initial factory warranty period of one year ends. Within the warranty period they will only replace the item. They also DO NOT service air conditioners AT ALL! Something they do not tell you when you're shopping there. I thought buying from them gave me better back up than a big box store for dealing with future problems and service so thus, their higher prices. I purchased 2 high end Gallery ACs from them as well as a manufacturer's (Frigidaire) extended warranty, only to find out during the second year that TRI CITY will have NOTHING to do with you for service. You have to call the manufacturer directly and jump through so many hoops for weeks to try to use your warranty. Frigidaire /Electrolux who you purchase the warranty from is not the company that honors the warranty... It's another totally separate company with more hoops and online forms that don't work. Getting to a "live" agent is next to impossible and each one I spoke with told me to do something different none of which worked. The process they put you through will drive you absolutely crazy! When I finally contacted my Tri-City salesman to get help dealing with Frigidaire, he told me that most of the appliances built today, that THEY SELL, are junk and not meant to last! GET THAT! This salesman said he has NO influence over the dealer reps they buy from and that there is nothing he or they can do because they have nothing to do with the warranty company that Frigidaire contracts with and no influence or involvement with product issues. As a repeat customer, he acted like I was annoying him but I begged him to contact his dealer rep to try to facilitate my warranty claim. He reluctantly said he would "try" and then let me know. Never heard back. He has barely responded to any of my emails or voicemails throughout this entire process, so there you have it... TRI-CITY Sales Sucks! They also charge for delivery and will not submit any rebate forms for you. From now on I'm going for the lowest prices I can find at Lowe's, Costco, BJ's and Home Depot and won't buy extended warranties EVER AGAIN! They are a sham and consumer rip off as well as a huge waste of time and money! Since today's appliances are not built to last, just call your own independent serviceman, get an estimate and junk it if you have to. Believe me, it's not worth the hassle... BUYER BEWARE!
